i would run the androl for first 6-8 weeks. 1tb a day, i was told not to go over 1 tb a day due to damage to liver?
I train 5/6 times per week hard!! do rugby training 2 times a week (tues/thurs) weights 3times (mon wed sat) its pre season so have sats free at the moment or sometimes sprint training on a sat. Weight sessions are split workouts, chest & bi’s, shoulders & tri’s,, back & core, and legs. Currently torn a muscle in my hamstring few weeks back so leg exercises are out for a week or two
I have been giving a training program off my fitness and conditioning coach so i think the exercises and stuff im doing in the gym is correct. i have a nutritionist to help me plan meals, so im eating correctly. Maybe could add a few calories to my diet to help growth.
Im just needing advice on a cycle to help me bulk up fast? I want to use sust 250 and androl 50 becuase i have done before and it gives good results, but also because i have easy excess to it. Like dbol i wouldn’t no a safe place where to get if from, and should i take that rather than androl??
