New Cycle advice PLEASE?

Im looking for some advice on bulking up, i have done cycles before with Sust 250 and androl 50 tabs. I found i gained good mass.

Info:
im 6'4
weight - 207 pounds / 94kg
weight training for last 2 years and currently play rugby.

I looking for advice on good muscle mass bulking

any ideas please comment??
 
Im sure everone is going to yell at me and say dont put your 2 cents in cause im a rookie and what the fuck do i know, but they all have helped me alot and right now im running EQ and Test E and thats going really well, the EQ is slow acting but its going on week 4 and its just starting to kick in. It really seems to increase appetite, so it will also help in your bulking, casue you gotta eat to grow. But Im sure you will hear Testosterone is the best period, but read up on the different ones. Im sure ill take a thrashing for saying anything, but good luck and keep eatin'!
Are you starting this cycle after your season is done? Or looking to gain quick mass to kill people before the season is done?

"i have done cycles before with Sust 250 and androl 50 tabs." What does this mean exactly? Keep it simple, if you liked your sus and andrl cycle, then do another one.

If you want to gain muscle, number one thing is:

Be consistent in your training. If you don't have that, you'll keep asking everyone how to get big. Then keep eating, just don't overeat, but do it consistently.

One common thing I hear from people "I eat a lot, you should see how much I eat". Maybe you eat a lot on Mondays, that doesn't mean you eat for the rest of the week does it?

Leo i used to be 280lbs, but have slimmed down to try and put on clean muscle and keep my BF% low as possible, im have a good diet, eat very healthy probably too healthy. I take a lot of supps to, to help me with vital protein and crab input.

I think i will run Sust 250 and androl again, just for a bit longer.

How does this look: -

500mg of Sust a week (2mil)
1 tb a day of Androl 50

for 12 weeks? too long? any other steroids you can input please comment. I heared that dbol gives good bulking results?
 
12 weeks of anadrol is gonna kill your liver. you'll probably find that gains stop anyway while on anadrol after a while at the same dose.

anadrol and dbol should not be ran together if that's what you're thinking

You need to eat more real food mate, not use gear. But your going to anyway. Protein shakes and suplements are not a subsitute for real food, use them in addition.

Sust should be used EOD for best results and if I was you I would just run 500mg Test E (it's cheaper than Sust for a start) for 12 weeks and if you've used drol before, just kickstart with that.

You've not said a lot about your training either? I bet that can be improved

Don't know what to suggest about your "crab" input, not even sure if it's vital :o)

i would run the androl for first 6-8 weeks. 1tb a day, i was told not to go over 1 tb a day due to damage to liver?

I train 5/6 times per week hard!! do rugby training 2 times a week (tues/thurs) weights 3times (mon wed sat) its pre season so have sats free at the moment or sometimes sprint training on a sat. Weight sessions are split workouts, chest & bi’s, shoulders & tri’s,, back & core, and legs. Currently torn a muscle in my hamstring few weeks back so leg exercises are out for a week or two

I have been giving a training program off my fitness and conditioning coach so i think the exercises and stuff im doing in the gym is correct. i have a nutritionist to help me plan meals, so im eating correctly. Maybe could add a few calories to my diet to help growth.

Im just needing advice on a cycle to help me bulk up fast? I want to use sust 250 and androl 50 becuase i have done before and it gives good results, but also because i have easy excess to it. Like dbol i wouldn’t no a safe place where to get if from, and should i take that rather than androl??

I know everyone assumes it ... but just because you are new to this particular board, doesnt mean you are new to steroids ... I realise maybe MOST people are new to the game - but not ALL of us. Believe it or not - The amount of time on this board does not equal how much experience you have.

Just do the drol for 4 weeks and I run it at 100mg a day with no problems, Take milkthistle and drink plenty of water as well.
Sust is still Test and you'll still get good results with Test E. As I said, Sust should be EOD, just use Test E and jab Twice a week, why spend more money and stick pins in yourself more then you have to.

Looks like your overtraining to me, if your bulking you need to cut down on the cardio and concentrate on heavy weights and low reps. You really need to up the food intake adding a few calories is not enough. How many calories a day are you getting at the moment?

I still think you don't need the gear

my normal intake for a day is around 3500-4000 depending on what training i do. split 40/40/20 (protein, carb,fats)

I see what you mean about overtraining, but i play at a high level of rugby and fitness is such a key element so the fitness has to be done to keep in shape and my sharpness. Although i do rest well, as in training during mornings and resting through out the day, sunday normally a rest day or light CV, always sleeping 7-9 hours per day.

I think i will take androl then at a slight higher doesage as you say 100mg for 4 weeks, but with sust. Every person i no using sust always see good results bulking wise!

So something like: -

4 weeks 100mg drol
Sust 500mg 10-12 weeks
Also will take milkthistle, and my water intake is around 1 gallon a day so all good.

any other suggestions?
 
perhaps Proviron too, heard it helps maximise steroids effectiveness and lowers estrogens and fat build up

I understand your need for fitness, but you are asking about how to gain weight here fast and you will have to take that in to account when doing your training. I firmly belive your doing to much. You even say your doing light CV on Sunday, which says your training 7 days a week sometimes !! The training your doing is not what you need to gain weight !!

You need to clearly define what your goals are and train and diet accordingly.

If your set on doing Sust then to get the most out of it you should be doing it Every Other Day and not twice a week.

I wouldn't go adding anything else to your cycle either, there is no need.

thanks for the advice on training i do see it, and season doesnt start for 8 weeks so have good time to cutt down on CV work to gain weight.

sust every other day? is that a little too much??? i dont want to be wasting any of it by taking it to often??
