New Cycle need New Training Method

Thanks for reading. Here is my history and stats and cycle:
Age 34
Health- havnt worked out in 2 years
I have had back surgery for herniated disc
Second cycle- Doing Test and Deca 500mg/400mg per week

Here is my dilemma, I usually have trained doing one body part a week and typically neglecting to work my legs as much as I should (I have rods and pins in both femurs and legs dont work all that great along with a weak back).

I am looking for a reccomended method of training that I can start ASAP- just started my cycle 3 days ago. I have read the stickies and there are multiple suggested methods so I am looking for advice...

Oh, I imagine I have overtrained in the past (although it worked well and had good results)....I usually do about 4-5 exercises per muscle group...like this
Monday- Chest
Tuesday- Arms
Wednesday- back/shoulders
Thursday- legs
Friday- chest
Sat- off
Sun - off

I know it prolly sucks, but it is what I have done in the past. Looking to learn a new way to train. Thank you!
