New here guys and just looking to make some friends and some good advice...

Alright have been reading threads and sticks here for over a year now and finally decided to register to actually talk to you guys and get some good advice...stats are 29 yrs old, 5'10" 185lbs and I would say around 15-20% bodyfat which I know is kinda high and I have been doing cardio every other day around my workouts for a year now and have slimmed up alil bit..the extra pounds have really been hard to get rid of as I have tried and tried for the last few years...thinking bout trying some Clen...anyway on my 3rd cycle currently 2 weeks in...running test e 250 1 cc 2 times a week 1st two weeks and then test e and boldenone cypionate 300 1cc of each e3d weeks 3- 12 and one week test e to follow...advice fellas please...

I am new to the whole healthy dieting but have been eating more baked fish, chicken, seafood, steak, pasta, fruits, vegetables, etc...don't drink cold drinks or do fast food...first 2 cycles were straight test 8 week cycles, 1st ethanate, 2nd prop...I take b12, c, and a multivitamin daily also...I have letro on hand and also clomid for pct...thanks for the info guys and clocking forward to getting to know y'all and hearing more of your feedback
 
I and I gained about 15 lbs of muscle from my two previous cycles and was up to as much as 205 but lost most of my gains after cycles ended...have only used clomid For post cycle therapy (pct) and letro for Aromatase inhibitor (AI) so far...would like to get on on board with Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) but only have what's available to me...
 
Welcome to Ology Hollywood... Best way to determine BF% is to have a trainer at your gym use a caliper. Those scale readings are practically worthless.
 
You can get an estimate in the "Burning the Fat" forum from the sticky about "estimate your bodyfat % based off..."
And nah bro you got a lot to learn about proper nutrition and read the "Austinites essential on cycle supplements" thread in the Anabolic Steroids forum...
Def give 3J an email though bro...you need to be getting a lot out.of your cycles because gains come from your diet and rest...not your steroids...they just amplify the hard work and dedication...

Why do u want to keep switching back and forth between esters? I'm a lil puzzled on the weight as well for 3 cycles. What weight did u start at? What kind of gains did u achieve? Idk about u but there's not too much more I think about while on cycle besides sleep, clean food, intense training, food again, and the vag lol. Just keep focused n u will do great. Dont forget some nova in yur post cycle therapy (pct) as well. Look into some Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) as well as I don't remember u mentioning it. Good luck on yur run dude!
 
Tried the prop bc. I learned that mg for mg it's stronger but dislike the eod injections so went back to e..I workout m-f and cardio 3 days a week but do carpenter work for a living which is extremely physical and pushes my limits on a daily basis...I feel like I eat alot healthier now than I did 3 years ago.. I typically don't eat 6 meals a day either...I normally have a 2 pieces of whole grain wheat break with pb for breakfast, maybe some string cheese or Greek yogurt for a snack around 9, tuna sandwich or lean turkey breast on wheat for lunch, fruit for 3 o'clock snack, and a high protein dinner with fresh veggies for dinner...I have been on the weights hard since I was 19 and never really made any significant gains in muscle over the years so decided to try aas...before cycles I am around 175-180 ending around 200-205...I know I have alot to learn about all of these subjects and that's why I am here guys...
 
O and I workout in the evenings about an hour after dinner and have a protein shake afterwards...I get about 8 hrs of sleep a night...goals I would say would be to def get down to around 12% bf, and to add and keep 20 lbs of lean muscle mass...
 
Thanks guys I have posted in the diet forum and looking forward to hearing back from 3j...how does my cycle look in y'all's humble op? And I am feeling like this time around my body may be getting used to the injections...should I try to stick with the shorter esters in the future? On the subject of pct and hcg...does Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) have to be injected to be effective? I see its available in both forms and need to get some ASAP based on everything I have read in the stickys...opinions on letro? That's what was available to me so that's what I got but the more I research I think arimdex would be better...and finally is nolvadex and clomid good for my pct...dosage?
 
Read the sticky on pct...you will find your dosages there...
Not too sure about letro so can't help you there...
In my opinion you should just run a test e only or test c only cycle if you are going to do it...
Considering you are getting your diet in order and still seem to be learning just do a 12 week test cycle...
Read the sticky about beginner cycles...you might.not be new to cycles but that dsnt mean you have done it right in the past...no offense intended...just my observation...
The sticky will give you the proper dosages...
 
Your diet looks too light to me. Doesn't seem like your eating enough or getting enough protein. That's probly why you haven't been making gains the past while.

I am embarrassed to be a member on a page with someone like u who is total ducking asshole...do u even have any priorities in your life besides juice! I have wife, 2 kids, and a full time job so getting in the workouts and proper diets is pretty dam hard to do u stupid fucking kid! With all the research I have done I see that u shouldn't even think about touching juice for at least 5 more years u fucking punk!
