Hello all, let me first say that i am asking for help as i think i may be in trouble. i have been on cycle for about 12 months, 3cc/week Sustanon (sust) , i am a newbie and was just informed that i might be fooked. I have liquid nova and arimadex on hand. I have no clue how to pct for this long of a cycle. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Im 28 i only posted here for help, and advice also realize there will be some flamming i will read the stickies and what not.

probably a buddy or buddy of a buddy in the gym was swole and told him what to take probably sold him the stuff and recommended 3-4 times more than he needed so he could sell more...not your fault guy a lot of us started that way..glad you decided to start you search you can learn a lot on here. Please read all the stickies will help you in the future.

Ok thank u so if i have read correctly i only have serm on hand and need the other he mentions in the stickies, yea i got my advice from a friend (no longer) i was told that i could run that long but just recently did alot of reading and found i may have fooked myself, which is why i am here. I do not plan on cycle again once off.

But since the length of cycle would those doses be higher?

Do an extensive post cycle therapy (pct). after you will definitely need to get your blood levels checked. Hope your liver and test is okay. But you might have to start TRT. Good luck man. You juice too much like that and you'll have to get dialysis forever.

Thank you for your reply, but from the reading it appears that the arimadex and nolva i have wont be enough,
