Hello all I'm a rookie to this forum but have been reading some great things here. I am 42 5'8"ex pro athlete weigh 240 and train 3-4 days a week. For the first time i need some help with my maintaining. Thinking about doing a cycle want to lose about 25lbs without losing any muscle. Any suggestions? ears wide open..
