Lab results are in. 10 days off HCG mono and Adex.

TT: 180 ng/dl
Estradiol: 40.31 pg/ml
LH: 3.3
FSH: 2.4
SHBG: 29 (range: 16-53 nmol/l)
VIT D: 288 (range: 50-250 nmol/l)
As you all can see there is more estrogen in my body than T.
By taking low dose Adex I bring down the Estradiol to a adequate ratio to the low T. I think my high vit d level is keeping SHBG lower. My estradiol is pretty high to have a lowish SHBG of that level.

2 days before this lab estradiol was 23 pg/ml at a different lab and I was 8 days from last adex and HCG dose.
If I stay natty for a while TT may rise it may not...
Going back on TRT.

Maybe let it go for a while to try and normalise itself without anything? How are you feeling mentally?

I mean it is to be expected, no? When Test is lacking E2 levels rise to compensate?

The only thing I could suggest is maybe some Toremifene OR a very low dose of Aromasin (I would get the liquid and go something like 3-6mg daily, should help cut your SHBG, get your e2 down a little bit and no rebound which may be a factor here since you used adex, I know for a fact if I stop adex I get some fucking wild rebound 7 days in) to get your LH up a little bit. Weren't you testes producing a decent amount of test on hCG? So they are capable, you just need to get your LH up a little.

I'd go with the low dose Stane, then come off it.

Mentally I can handle it. I know it's not forever. I'm not afraid.
In this biz you have to be ready to take the hits from the skeptics in the medical establishment. Thats the only way you will get your point across and them listening to you.
When they have lab results with below range T starring them in the face and patient with symptoms in front of them. What they gonna do???

I wouldn't say it's high. Normal? Yes. Could it be improved? Yes, but it is of no major concern.

I just realised you came off both hCG AND adex at the same time and IMO I think is where you might have gone wrong and should maybe have stayed on the adex at that low dose of .25mg E3D (although 20pg/ml is nearing the bottom range, how did you feel?). With the hCG you would have been shutdown, but with the adex alone it should only help get those LH/FSH numbers up.

Like I said, it seems that your testes were giving you TT levels that you were happy with and have been up and running for sometime now, so I'd say you can rule out it being the testes not working, but to the low LH/FSH levels. Going by that, it only makes sense those numbers will be low and 10 days probably isn't much time to make any decisions. I'd be curious to see where they are at in another 10 days, which if all goes right they should be higher = higher TT.

I think it wouldn't hurt to speed up the process using adex or super low dose stane (I'd maybe go with the stane) or a SERM...If you can't tolerate Clomid, maybe this would be a good shot to give Toremifene a spin?

On HCG mono LH was 0.7 and FSH was 0.5.
Slight suppression. TEST lowers my LH/FSH to untraceable levels. I think I did come off adex too fast.
Been on it now after 2 doses (6 days now) and feel a bit better.
I've usually had stable moods when staying on low dose adex in the past when briefly discontinuing TRT.
LH 3.3 & FSH 2.4 is low?

Looking at labs 2 years ago.
I was 186 TT with 1.7 LH & 2.8 FSH same time after ramping off with HCG. Used HCG less dose and time than this restart.

Yeah any amount exogenous hormone should crush all LH/FSH.

Maybe your boys just needed a good wake up. I am by no means an expert on restarts though... The LH is certainly low, would probably aim for atleast double that if you could.

Maybe keep on the adex mono for a while and get bloods in another 10 days time and take it from there. I think that's the best thing you could do right now.

At this present stage....I don't think I would lower my estradiol too much by dosing 0.25 mg E3D of the adex would I?

I couldn't tell you, it's something you would have to see for yourself, but you did say that .25mg E3D got your e2 to ~21pg/ml?

I think the best thing is that morning wood has returned and that you are feeling better? IIRC, you are using tabs so splitting to anymore than .25mg is not possible. If you were using liquid, it would be easier as you could microdose, which you could do with either Stane or Adex. I assume you have no experience with stane and if you know how you respond to adex you may as well stick with that to avoid complicating things.

Although my personal choice would be to use liquid stane, it will lower you SHBG like adex, but won't affect your lipids/IGF-1 or have a rebound... Although not that should be a problem with your low dosing then see how you feel and come off it.

I have no experience with Stane.....
Nurse just called and said labs from 4. July said TT was 311 ng/dl and Estradiol at 16 pg/ml. Went back on adex like I told you guys. This lab was done 24 hours after 0.25 mg adex dose.
