hey whats up guys? new member, and i've been reading some posts for my 1st cycle and well here is what i got from a lot of posts and advice from other members. lots of different ways to go about this cycle it seems but im trying to just go with the most common one so here it is.
Age 26
Height 5'7"
Weight 180 lbs
Experience I'd say 5 solid years of actually knowing what the fuck im doing LOL and 3 years of being young and wreckless. What i've been doing lately is your common pre workout supps and creatine. To say i've reached a physical peak in my natural development wouldn't feel right, im not sure what it would be but i can say in confidence that i am struggling a LOT more than i was just a year or 2 ago.
My choice of gear
Week 1-12 Testosterone-Enanthate: 500mg per week 250 on Monday and 250 on Thursday.... HCG as well throughout the cycle as well. Also thought i'd add my regulars like Multi-vitamins, Creatine, protein etc...
Week 13-15 you will take nothing and let the testosterone begin to clear out
Week 16-17 Nolvadex 40mg per day
Week 18-19 Nolvadex 20mg per day
I actually took this from a website i found when searching for beginners cycle but obviously i added a few things. PLEASE if you find anything off about my cycle please let me know. This doesn't seem to give a firm foundation on the PCT but im not sure, of course im here to take the experts opinions so feel free to add your 2 cents.
Meal 1: kashis go lean crunch with 4 egg whites
Meal 2: 8 oz chicken 2 cups rice 1 cup broccoli
Meal 3: 8 oz halibut 2 cups rice 1 cup asparagus
Meal 4: 8 oz chicken baked potato 1 cup broccoli
Meal 5: 8 oz filet 1.5 cups of rice 1 cup asparagus
Meal 6: casein protein, 6 egg whites
thats a glimpse of my meal planning for when i begin my cycle. as i've stated before, please give me any more input and advice. I really don't want any of my cycles especially my first being a fail.
