hey whats up guys? new member, and i've been reading some posts for my 1st cycle and well here is what i got from a lot of posts and advice from other members. lots of different ways to go about this cycle it seems but im trying to just go with the most common one so here it is.

Age 26
Height 5'7"
Weight 180 lbs
Experience I'd say 5 solid years of actually knowing what the fuck im doing LOL and 3 years of being young and wreckless. What i've been doing lately is your common pre workout supps and creatine. To say i've reached a physical peak in my natural development wouldn't feel right, im not sure what it would be but i can say in confidence that i am struggling a LOT more than i was just a year or 2 ago.

My choice of gear

Week 1-12 Testosterone-Enanthate: 500mg per week 250 on Monday and 250 on Thursday.... HCG as well throughout the cycle as well. Also thought i'd add my regulars like Multi-vitamins, Creatine, protein etc...
Week 13-15 you will take nothing and let the testosterone begin to clear out
Week 16-17 Nolvadex 40mg per day
Week 18-19 Nolvadex 20mg per day

I actually took this from a website i found when searching for beginners cycle but obviously i added a few things. PLEASE if you find anything off about my cycle please let me know. This doesn't seem to give a firm foundation on the PCT but im not sure, of course im here to take the experts opinions so feel free to add your 2 cents.


Meal 1: kashis go lean crunch with 4 egg whites

Meal 2: 8 oz chicken 2 cups rice 1 cup broccoli

Meal 3: 8 oz halibut 2 cups rice 1 cup asparagus

Meal 4: 8 oz chicken baked potato 1 cup broccoli

Meal 5: 8 oz filet 1.5 cups of rice 1 cup asparagus

Meal 6: casein protein, 6 egg whites


thats a glimpse of my meal planning for when i begin my cycle. as i've stated before, please give me any more input and advice. I really don't want any of my cycles especially my first being a fail.

All looks good. As for pct iv ran just clomid 50 for 30 days and I was fine.

As far as an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) if you have the extra cash go for it
 
much appreciated bro lol i cant blame the majority of board members to not reply to this thread. i cant imagine how many times yall get newbies coming in asking for advice.

Sometimes threads slip by. Welcome, there are a lot of great guys on here with a lot of experience. It looks like your already on the right track, just keep reading and keep learning
 
I would add clomid to post cycle therapy (pct), NAC for liver support, and def use an ai...great threads on here about beginner cycles...welcome and good luck!
 
no beginner cycle, especially one this weak will need Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) , yes it is smart and if you have money then what the heck but id invest in Tbol for noob cycle, great gains , dry and little sides, increase test to 600mg a week and definately add clomed.

Start Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) week 1, until the 4th day before PCT @250iu, 2xWeek(Mon/Thurs). Also, if you need help learning how to reconstitute the HCG, go to YouTube. There are many instructional videos that cover everything.

Great 2nd post.. The OP has a cookie cutter first cycle that's recommend by all the vets on this site and you throw out some stuff like upping the mgs by 100 and adding an oral?

OP ur cycle looks solid welcome to the ology stick around you'll learn a lot from the guys.. And always figure out what works and doesn't work for you personally.. Don't be one of the 100s of guys coming on here wanting to run half a gram of tren on their first cycle.. Man does that feel like a common theme lately
 
Yo, OP, we are the same age and weight and height (I am half an inch shorter than you). I'm bulking on test cyp 500/week and am getting good gains and my gear hasn't even kicked in yet. If you want to check out my diet, it's in the My Steroid Cycle forum.

I'm looking at your diet, and it looks like you're calorie intake is going to be too low, but I wouldn't know for sure because you didn't post macros. Please post macros. Your diet will make or break your success.

What are your goals, friend? If it's to get bigger, that diet isn't going to cut it.

As for the ones recommending I add I've actually thought about running the popular test e and d bol cycle but I think I'll make that addition on my 2nd cycle if things go well with this one. I want to move up the ladder as slow as possible, Prior to this idea of running a steroid Cycle I was considering a epistane/hdrol cycle but according to a lot of the veterans it seemed like the common thing was it's a waste of money for 10 lbs of muscle gain of which a majority will be lost after the run.

This is where I started, and moved up another 600-1000 calories [depending on day] or so from here (1-2 more servings of beans, rice and cheese, and I added cereal to my PWO shake), but does not include PWO. This is just over 3k calories. I found it wasn't quite enough, but it was a good starting point; I'm just really active through out the day.
 
I also should add that diet is designed to be easy on the wallet. I sub chicken with whatever meat is on sale, and when there's a sale, I stock my freezer. 5 bucks will get u enough rice and beans for a week

i hear you, i cant wait to get started but im still working on being a bit more consistent in my diet. I have a costco membership so im hoping i don't have to go grocery shopping too often. Once i get started i want to try starting a thread on my progress and a daily log, feel like that would add a bit more motivation for me to be on top of my shit.

I really appreciate that. One of the reasons why i decided to join this particular forum though was bc of the amount of information it provided and it seemed like the users here take this sort of lifestyle a bit more seriously than others. I've been on another forum which i won't mention but it just seemed like a whole lot of kids and only a handful of vets not being able to spread knowledge for anyone bc there were so many teens who were starting too early and too eager to get "jacked" so it was the same story over and over again.
