I am new to any forum writing, so I am still trying to get a feel for how all of this works. But I would love some suggestions. Years back I worked in fitness and LIVED fitness. I used a few different types of things (but still uneducated of what I was using) and had great results. Now its been some years and I do not work in fitness, but work hard enough that its healthy physical labor, as well as lifting once or twice a week. Im a little older and just want a subtle consistent stack possibly? Im still in good shape, but I would like a little mass and cut booster. any suggestions out there?

Welcome to the forums. Can you elaborate a bit more. What "things" as you put it did you run in the past? How old are you, and what do you considered healthy physical labor?

On a side note: A typical normal first cycle would be test only (e or c), so research those. Research, A.I., and post cycle therapy (pct). Some like using a kick starter for the first 1-4(6) weeks. But I won't go into detail about anything including the cycle setup until you go into more detail about you and your goals. Most things can be accomplished through diet and training. It doesn't sound like you've been back in the game very long. Curious to also know how long you were in the game when you "lived" fitness, and how much did you weight, and how did your diet look, etc.

^ I meant that to be a quick post, but didn't want to sound rude so it got longer.

Just read the stickies and don't cuss, and you will be fine.
