Well guys I am new on here and I am starting a thread mainly to inform you of my stats and my cycle plan for the next 12 weeks. Anyway first of all i am 25 going on 26. I have been lifting weights sense high school. I am 5'5 lol short I know. I weigh 140 with maybe 10% body fat.
Bench 190
Squat 245
Decline dumbbell press 70's
Leg Extensions 200
Calf Raises 360 not counting body weight also this is 360 at 2 sets of 8
^ just a few so you know where my strength is at.
Over the years I have gotten stronger and gaining not a whole lot of body mass at all. At this point in my life i am wanting to put on some real mass and continue to improve. Yes my nutrition is in check ect training is where it needs to be. I can consume 4000 calories a day and still not gain hardly any weight. I have done a couple cycles of pro hormones one being h-drol and the other m-drol. They where alright but me personally i do not like taking pro hormones for several reasons and one being I hate taking so many dang pills ANNOYING!!
Anyway gear is from AML. I am running 12 weeks of Test e at 500mg a week 2 injects per week. arimidex on hand, nolva and clomid for post cycle therapy (pct). I am mainly posting this up so you all can keep track of cycle and I will be posting be for and after pics as well. If any of you guys wanna throw in something you may think I need to know that I might not already know then by all means feel free. Honestly the only thing im down to deciding is what size pin to use. When I was younger I used to have to have 2 shots a week for a looong time (bad allergies) so needles do not bother me what so ever. So which works best for you guys? I was thinking of going with a 25g.
