New Test E only cycle

Well guys I am new on here and I am starting a thread mainly to inform you of my stats and my cycle plan for the next 12 weeks. Anyway first of all i am 25 going on 26. I have been lifting weights sense high school. I am 5'5 lol short I know. I weigh 140 with maybe 10% body fat.
Bench 190
Squat 245
Decline dumbbell press 70's
Leg Extensions 200
Calf Raises 360 not counting body weight also this is 360 at 2 sets of 8
^ just a few so you know where my strength is at.

Over the years I have gotten stronger and gaining not a whole lot of body mass at all. At this point in my life i am wanting to put on some real mass and continue to improve. Yes my nutrition is in check ect training is where it needs to be. I can consume 4000 calories a day and still not gain hardly any weight. I have done a couple cycles of pro hormones one being h-drol and the other m-drol. They where alright but me personally i do not like taking pro hormones for several reasons and one being I hate taking so many dang pills ANNOYING!!

Anyway gear is from AML. I am running 12 weeks of Test e at 500mg a week 2 injects per week. arimidex on hand, nolva and clomid for post cycle therapy (pct). I am mainly posting this up so you all can keep track of cycle and I will be posting be for and after pics as well. If any of you guys wanna throw in something you may think I need to know that I might not already know then by all means feel free. Honestly the only thing im down to deciding is what size pin to use. When I was younger I used to have to have 2 shots a week for a looong time (bad allergies) so needles do not bother me what so ever. So which works best for you guys? I was thinking of going with a 25g.
 
prohormone cycles and oral cycles are horrible, im guessing youve made up your mind and wont change your mind now , but if u realy had your diet in check u can gain alot more. how are you going to gain on aas if u cant gain naturaly . u need to know how to eat , and if u say u didnt gain on 4000 cals , then u eat 5000 . anyways tho , 25G is fine
 
Honestly because my metabolism is just crazy high. Also do not get me wrong I have gained weight over the years but not a whole lot. sense high school which is 6 years ago I have gained 18lbs of muscle. Now a lot of that I gained from the ph cycles. ONLY and ONLY then did i gain weight. My diet I kept the same as be for the ph cycles and gained weight while on the cycle. I do not like the ph cycles which is my reasoning for trying my first aas cycle. Also at a young age 17 i was told that growing up the doctors had gave me meds that stunted my growth majorly. They offered for me to try out HGH but at that time my doctor was unsure of how well it would work for me. Also at that time he said there was all kinds of risks ect like my heart could grow and nothing else, or my intestines could be inlarged so on and so forth. So i never did go down that road. Now do i know why i can not gain weight eating everything in site and working hard to see results no. But when I did the ph's i did gain weight so something is different and its NOT my diet. But thanks for the advice man.
 
25 is good. Ideally you would use a 21g or smaller to withdraw and then the 25g to inject. Withdrawing with the 25g is going to take a while

Yeah that's what I figured. Also read around that its easier to heat it up a little to thin it out.
 
Dude your problem is your diet! You weigh 140 pounds!!!!! That right there tells everyone your diet is shit! give up on AAS til you get up to 185 pounds or so. Your not going to get anything from AAS. My cousin weighs 140 pounds and he is only 14! I dont believe in that *hard gainer* crap. You prop havnt lifted a day in your life! anybody that lifts should not weigh no 140 pounds. If you have experiencing lifting you should weigh 185 and up. People like you just entertain me lo. I cant gain nothing bc my metabolism is just crazy high. This must make me a *hard gainer*. LMAO!. My metabloism is high too. VERY HIGH but i can gain naturally. Its not very hard all you have to do is EAT!!! LEARN TO!
 
Lmfao 185 at 5'5 are you freaking retarded? In no way shape or form would I EVER want to weigh 185 at my height. Also yes there is such thing as someone being a hard gainer. Also experienced lifting......you crack me up. Based on my body weight and the weight I can put up....yes I do know how to lift and I have put in work. Also my above stats are not my max. The max and I mean max I would want to weigh after cutting and being lean is 160 that's 18lbs more than what I currently have. At my height 160 is pretty big.
 
Dude 5'5 is not that short! My gf is 5'5 and she wighs 135 pounds. she is skinny as fuck. Im just waiting for some bros to come in here and flame you for it. 5'5 is not that short! 160 pounds is not big either at that height. Lmao you crack me up! Now if you were 5'2 then that would be a different story.
 
Lol OK troll........the all knowing grand wizard of lifting. Also it is harder for others to gain regardless of what they eat and how hard of work they put in. Depends on body type ecto, meso ect. But thanks again wizard I'm glad you know my body better than I do.
 
I have to agree with the rest of the guys here. If I was you I would work on trying to gain more weight naturally. I used to think I couldn't gain weight naturally either. If your metabolism is that fast then you really need to push yourself in the kitchen like you would the gym.
 
I do gain just not that much and takes years. Also the weight I try to gain is good solid lean muscle. I bulk then I cut I do not count freakin fat or water retention as weight gained only muscle. I am cycling to gain good solid muscle mass.
 
Bro diet is the only way your going to gain your lean solid muscle as you say in your last post. NOT AAS. Like the others have said your only 140lbs and you think aas is your answer. LMAO
 
Yes like I have said I have gained weight over the years naturally but it takes so long.........why in the hell does anyone else get on aas then if its not to put on muscle and mass at an accelerated rate. That's why I am doing this cycle for the sole purpose to accelerate my gains. After years of stuffing my face and busting my ass at the gym at almost 26 I am finally going to give an aas cycle a try. Why does anyone else do it. For the same dang reasons.

OK here's my diet
Meal 1
Egg whites and bacon a banana on way to work
Meal2
Oats with a protein shake 2 scoops of 100% whey
Meal3
Chicken and asparagus
Meal4
Oats and peanut butter with 2 scoops 100% whey
Meal5
Steak and asparagus/spinach spoon full of vegetable oil
Meal6
Peanut butter sand which with egg whites smoothie
Snack on mixed nuts through out the day as well.
 
you weight 140 pounds and you are in denial . take the money you would spend on steroids and buy GROCERIES. i am not being mean , i have been around this game for a very long time and the term hard gainer is just a excuse .

go to the diet / nutrition forum here and post a thread . there is a mod here called 3J who is a diet / nutrition specialist , ask him for advice .in this thread take your time and tell everything about your stats , training experience , supplement experience and diet . BE HONEST if you truly want to make progress , save pride for your results.
 
Listen to DADAWG dude. u need to eat like a man to grow like a man. The juice comes into play later. And when u do start 500mg is WAY TOO MUCH for u. stay around 400mg for awhile.

Sorry bro, that's no excuse. I don't know what your MOS was, but I can bet you were doing morning PT everyday even if you were support. That means you'd have to eat even more to make up for the burned calories from PT, and then continue to do your own workout later in the day - Army PT isn't designed to make you put on muscle mass and you'd have to be eating twice as much seeing as you'd be doing PT + your own workout. Also depends what you were eating 6 times a day, all foods are not created equal and pure calorie numbers don't always equal mass. I know it seems like guys are just getting on you, but it's being said because guys here know you CAN gain weight naturally, you just need to have everything dialed in correctly. AAS is not your 'shortcut' answer.
