Hey everyone
I'm just starting to lift, currently my bench is 150 three sets of five
curls are 30#'s 3 sets of 10
and butterflies ( probably the wrong term) is 20lbs 3 sets of 10
incline is 140lbs
im on test-e 250 once a week
looking for info on how to build strength/ muscle
I weigh 180, am 6'1, abd already have an athletic build, just really not satisfied with it.
