New to dianabol, need help??

Hi im 23, i have been lifting for about a year now plus casual exercise before that, i take myprotien, hard weigh gain, along with creatine. i work out minimum 4 times a week for a hard sescion, I train with my dad who is mid 40 and he is huge he lifs heavy and puts any other
40 year old to shame, The problem im having is gaining. As much as ive gained some shape and strenth nothing else. I lift heavy the most i can bench is 80, on a very good day, and i go to failure every time and im doing it right as my dad sees.
This had made me decide to try some dianabowl, i was wondering how much to take and for how long, i dont want to kill myself just try and kick my body to start growing! I work for the ambulance service and carfully calculated my intake of callories ect, on avergage day i
consume way over 3000 easy. ive always struggled to put on, but loose really easy! its hard being 6ft and so skinny! even thought im twice as strong as most my friends.
Some one please give me some advise im getting deppresed with how hard im working and not seeing much change?

no offense, you have no business taking any AAS.

You need more research for your own good. TEST IS ALWAYS THE BASE.

never take any form of AAs without testosterone

you say on a good day you can bench 80, i hope that is kg not lbs. you need to learn how to eat and train properly. Benching 80kgs or 170lbs, you are no where near ready to cycle AAS

post up a cop of your diet and full stats

Food,FOod and more FOOD, It takes years to grow (not 1) more like 5-10.

If ur not gaining on 3k cal up it to 4k then 5k. It is tough for hardgainers but AAS is not the magic cure.

R1rider hit the nail on head also - TEST IS BEST.

you need ALOT more research and oral only cycles are a no.

Haha, judging by the poor english, I would say its 80kg, otherwise I don't think this is real life.

The only gear you need man is a tank top with a gorilla on it and plenty of food to build the mass.
 
sorry my english is bad, and thanks for the support, and yes it is kg, today i weighd in at 11 stone witch is the most i have ever weighd, i have done plenty of research thanks for your advise that i asked for and recieving loads of critisasm..... everyone has to start somewhere.

Steroids are a great way to supplement your lifting. They should not be the sole source of your gains. Start with your nutrition, try different workout plans, and then once you have a solid foundation, start using gear.
