Hi im 23, i have been lifting for about a year now plus casual exercise before that, i take myprotien, hard weigh gain, along with creatine. i work out minimum 4 times a week for a hard sescion, I train with my dad who is mid 40 and he is huge he lifs heavy and puts any other
40 year old to shame, The problem im having is gaining. As much as ive gained some shape and strenth nothing else. I lift heavy the most i can bench is 80, on a very good day, and i go to failure every time and im doing it right as my dad sees.
This had made me decide to try some dianabowl, i was wondering how much to take and for how long, i dont want to kill myself just try and kick my body to start growing! I work for the ambulance service and carfully calculated my intake of callories ect, on avergage day i
consume way over 3000 easy. ive always struggled to put on, but loose really easy! its hard being 6ft and so skinny! even thought im twice as strong as most my friends.
Some one please give me some advise im getting deppresed with how hard im working and not seeing much change?
