New to site, Army infantrymen's 4th cycle, please help brothas!!!

whats going on everyone, this is my first post so i'm hoping you guys could give the time to help me out...

Im an army infantry guy 23 yo, this will be my fourth cycle. Im 5'8 195lbs and between 15-18% body fat. I was going to pretty much do what i did last cycle which was tren e sust and eq but when i stumbled across the-det-oaks arguments for running higher tren than test i was intrigued. Last cycle i ran the sust and eq for 14 weeks the tren for 10 weeks and finished with two weeks of prop to outlast all the other compounds. So for this cycle do you guys see the added benefit of eq while running tren higher than test. I was thinking:

test e - 350-400 Mg/w
Tren e - 500-600 mg/w
eq - 600 mg/wk

The main reason im running the eq to so try and keep the aerobic capacity up as my job requires some running.

Any AI's you recommend or to have while on cycle, Ive never used before but ive also gotten pretty bloated on prior cycles.

And lastly, I have read the updated post on PCT, but i hear alot about nolva and tren not mixing too well, so are there any alterations you would make to a pct or is the standard chlomid, nolva pct ok?

Damn you must be a big boy :) Are you cycling on vacation or something? do you have access to bloodwork before, during and after your cycle? Always have AI just in case and keep and eye on estradiol levels and estrogen side effects.
 
I don't no much about eq but as u no as u up ur tren u could possibly have a decrease in your cardiovascular system witch could affect ur job. But uv ran it before and should no how it effects you. I like stane as a AI and prami as a prolactin blocker witch u should at least have on Hand wile running tren. They can both b researched and purchased though our spencer Rui( found at the top of the page). Clomid and nova for pct.

Ah don't count it out yet man. The army is so overweight and out of shape it should blow ones mind. Most can barely pass a pt as is so he should be more than capable to just mix with the crowd and say he just sucks at running. This being said, I never ran tren while in the service but I could definitely see it being done too easy. Idk rank helps as well. My sniper section leader ran tren almost at a constant and that fucker couldn't run to save his life but damn was he knowledgeable and as strong as an ox.
 
hey guys thanks for the help, yea i'm just a regular grunt man so other than pt is all about humping and quick bursts of speed really, regardless thank you for the pct help. In the past it did bring down my cardio but idk if its just me but when you start lifting with some good gear u just say fuck it to the running, which was my mistake that i wont make again.
 
Things must be different in the american military; when I see army guys, especially infantry over 180-190lbs depending on height in garrison I shake my head - I wasn't a fan of being under 180 @ 6' but that's definitely how I performed at my best. Out now and loving life @ 215+
 
i hear ya man, thanks for the help and advice, i dont mean to be the guy that keeps asking questions on top of question but do you guys have any recommendations where i can yield similar results to the cycle i listed above without taking the hit on cardio as much?
 
I love tren but if cardio is part of your -job- its probably not the right compound...there isn't much else in my opinion that compares however. Could run higher test with more A.I to counteract the side effects, maybe, but I'm not sure that would achieve what you want.

Or; run less tren...like 300-450mg/wk maybe.

Lastly I'm sorry if I missed it but what is your main goal for the cycle?
 
being in the military im guessing you dont have access to a kitchen where you can cook for yourself.. are you dealing with a mess hall?
 
generally yes, but the food has come a long way from the past, at least while at your home duty station...also i'm on my way out been in since 18 so thats not really going to be an issue moving forward. But yes you are right there are times i wasn't anywhere as lean as i wanted to be due to diet. You guys recommend anything diet wise to cut as much fat without sacrificing too much muscle ie. low carb, low cal, carb cycle ect. you guys are awesome thanks for the warm welcome!
 
If you can control your diet somewhat, and it is usually do-able when you're in garrison (impossible in the field ofc) you don't need tren necessarily to increase strength and cut bodyfat; you could run deca+test without the massive cardio hit associated with the nectar of the gods that is tren.

When I say control your diet I mean; ask the lady for triple meat on your sandwich but no cheese or mayo, go for a tonne of oatmeal with greek yogurt instead of hashbrowns and fake eggs for breakfast, skip half your potatoes, avoid the mc-rib knockoff option and generally play it smart.

Consider and research T3 + clen or albuterol to run while on cycle if you want to cut some fat; it's not necessary but can definitely help when your diet is sorted out.
