Hey everyone, just wanted to introduce myself to the boards. I'm a 21 year old paramedic from Tennessee. After lurking around the board for awhile I decided to finally register and participate. I'm currently gathering my first cycle after much research on the forum. I'm just planning on the standard Test E 500/week for 10 weeks. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone, and learning as much as possible.

6'2, 260 lbs, around 23% body fat. I've been lifting and training mixed martial arts since '08

I would think training MMA, you would be a lot leaner then that BF% Why is this? Is your diet crap?
Not putting you down either bro. Stick around and there is a lot of info and good guys here.

Yeah, my diet hasn't been what it should be in a long time. With the nature of my work most of the time when on shift I have to eat what I can when I can. I work a 24 hour shift every third day at a busy EMS service, and there are times when we work 48, or 72 hours straight for overtime, and that leads to lots of quick and dirty meals.

Wow! That is not good for getting your needed rest. (those hours) Yup, eating dirty meals out will do it. I guess I now realize how lucky I am with a fridge, toaster oven, and micro in my office. I'm always stinking it up with nice healthy foods! I got fresh Salmon to cook in there this week. They are going to love me. haha (I share an office with 3 others)

Hahaha there's something about fish cooking that makes me queasy. We can sleep on shift between calls unless we just have a really busy shift, which is common. Normally we only sleep in 2 to 3 hour bursts, but I make up for it on my off days. Lol

Hey everyone,

I'm also new to this site and forums in general. Hoping to find some new tips and advice from people who are established in bodybuilding. I'm also a Paramedic and work some crazy hours. Looking to go from Fat A** to Bad A**. If anyone has anyone helpful information, I'm always open to suggestions. Thanks in advance for any help.

How would u workout if u have such a schedule ?
I guess you should lower ur bodyfat, fix ur daily routine b4 jumping to aas
Steroids require decipline , restricted diet whether bulking or cutting, good working out, and good rest

Welcome to ology. I know you're still working on your first cycle. Just a quick tip: Increase that from 10wk to 12wks. I'm sure you will get everything else squared away.
