Hi Guys. I am new to steroids and my Gym's HEAD TRAINER asked me to go for a Dbol only cycle.
I am 24 yrs old, 6'3" and 200 pounds.
My dbol only cycle goes like this-
20mg - week1
30mg - week2
40mg - week3
50mg - week4
60mg - week5
50mg - week6
40mg - week7
30mg - week8
20mg - week9
And then in the end to start with Nolvadex (Tamoxifen) for PCT.
Along with this I am taking Whey protein, intra-workout BCAAs, ZMA, Universal Animal PAK and Milk Thistle.
Honestly guys I don't have much knowledge about steroids. I did what my personal trainer asked me to do.
Am I going wrong? I am open to any suggestion please.

D-bol is not meant to be used alone my friend. Test on the other hand can be used alone so id say start there. Keep doing your research.
