I've always been a believer in a solid foundation involving hard workouts and solid nutrition in order to build the body you want, but now I'm looking to break through annoying plateaus and take my physique to the next level.

I'm looking for any and all suggestions for a beginner cycle. I've done so much research my head is spinning, now I want to know what real people have to say.

Test E for 12 weeks at 500mg/week.
Run adex eod at .25mg

wait 2 weeks after week 12 and start pct
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nolva 40/40/30

your welcome

Real people are going to say welcome to the forum and you are too young to cycle. Anyone telling you different doesn't belong giving advice here. Read the stickies and make some friends and ask lots of questions. Now you're welcome!!

You look a little like Dolph Lundgren when he was in Rocky IV in your avatar picture.

Man you must spend a fortune on food.

Idk that being 6'9 280 is a dime a dozen, but yeah, being big and being big and athletic are two totally different things :)

Height and size is a dime a dozen. Weighing 280 pounds and running a 4.40 40 is what sets the men apart from the boys in the NFL.
Yes sir !

OP

Welcome and please keep reading and asking AND LIFTING.
If I would have had your genetics..well I did not but....fuck..anyway.

ur 22. if you are gonna run gear u r going to.

That being said I ll echoe others in saying you a young man, genetically gifted and should optimize whatever god you believe in s gift to you before engaging in this very complicated, potentially health altering line dance. (if you do it wrong you fuck up with you and others noticing)

Should you decide to leap and know your gonna take the fall we will try to make sure you start right, with as little risk to your health as possible.

Don t let some prick s make you go away, OK ?

I don't even want to know what your BMR is. That's a lot of food, and on cycle...well goddamn. You're going to spend 10 times as much on food than on AAS. lmao

All the information you need is in the stickies and search bar. You are a bit young, but it's your own body and you do what you want with it. I would keep training until 25 and max out your genetic limit. That's when AAS will benefit you the most. Good luck Mr.Drago

Like people said check the stickies. Also if you are in good shape and as big as you say you are and are decently lean. You should try some different sports out before you jump on steroids. Maybe you can play college foot ball or something.
