New to TRT, STILL FEEL THE SAME !

Yeah see how you go, I'd personally have tried something like 100mg T 2x weekly, hCG 250iu same days as injection and .5mg adex with the shots... Do it all in once, makes it convenient and has a close frequency. You may need more or less adex (more than likely .5mg with each shot should do it), you will know in time via bloods.

Whats your peak and trough TT?
0.5 mg is alot man....
Some guys who are on lower doses should see how much estradiol they have and if its a bit high...
0.25 mg on days of shot should suffice.

250mg had me at ~1400 ng/dl at the trough (this was calculated by me as it wasn't actually in ng/dl on the bloodwork) with 2x weekly injects... I have since dropped it to 200mg per week. I have always been sensitive to e2 and for me adex isn't as strong as it is for most people and exemstane is overly strong for me... This is where the old saying, your milage may vary comes in, everyone will react different.

I also have VERY low SHBG, it has always been a few points below bottom of the range and on my last blood test I was using deca+dbol and it dropped it even further (I believe from the dbol). I have a bloodtest tomorrow and will find out where my SHBG is now along with where my test is at. Having the low SHBG put my free test at ~50 nmol/L with the range being 12-32 whilst on 250mg Test.

Hence why dropping to 200mg.

Low SHBG big problems working around it. I imagine if you lower your dose to 900 ng/dl TT you will feel like crap?

Also, feeling better is a gradual thing. Expect different improvements to take different amounts of time. For me, my energy level improved within two months, my libido improved some in the same time (though 3mg of Cialis EOD in addition to my TRT really makes a huge difference - pun intended!), but other improvements such as a feeling of well being, mental clarity, etc., can take many months and not be fully realized until you have been on TRT for a year.

Someone posted a link to a page about it once, but I cannot find it.

Like Stauched said! I didn't feel anything for a year at 300 mg every 2 weeks and I spit it to 150 a week and I feel a lot better. Twice a week may help you.

Bio Avail. T is way out of range. I would lower T to 850 ng/dl TT. You got tons of it still to do it stuff.
Keeps estradiol lower as well.
How many days from shot were these labs?
What dose?

Your triglycerides are getting up there. Keep an eye on 'em.
Keep an eye on HCT too. You are on a decent dose.
That dose you are on would put me at 1600 TT maybe over.
At 70 mg E3D i was at 1277 TT.

thanks Appollon, any one else have any info for me ?
i was told my
Non sensitive test came in at 26 but probably means closer to 15 ????
was told to stop taking AI

could even be lower than that. my non sensitive is usually 15-18 points higher than the sensitive assay

We will see what your latest blood work shows, but injecting 200mg once a week is likely spiking your estradiol despite the AI and leaving you with really low TT levels by the end of the week..I agree with Kozmo that it would help if you injected 100mg every 3.5 days. For example, I do Sat. mornings and Tue evenings. This helps balance out your levels. You might not even need an AI if you do this.

I don't subscribe to the twice weekly injection method and IMO it's all placebo effect. There is no evidence to testament to its benefits and common sense will tell you differently as well. You inject 200mg on Monday, and you blood levels spike although the T is not truly spiking the first day of injection because it does not absorb instantly. You inject Monday, but Wednesday it is completely absorbed, you maintain that higher level until Friday and them it slowly decreases over the last 2 days. E2 wont spike any more than with two shots because it's the same amount of T overall and your body simply can't absorb it quick enough to get a crazy spike. Twice weekly injections is an unnecessary hassle for zero benefits.

"Zero benefits" ?
I wouldn't go that far.

Can you please elaborate on what you mean by your "body absorbs the injection'?
