New to using prohormones advice would be greatly appreciated

Hey my names matt and ive been stuck at weighing 155lb at 5'9. i worked out a little in highschool and a good amount in first year of college. I got back into the swing of things about 8 months ago and I feel very stuck. Ive used protein (thats a given) and creatine on and off. I have briefly heard from friends that a pro hormone would really help me out. They told me about helladrol and they were not very good with explaining all that goes with it. From my own personal research i have learned its good to stack with other sups. Also i learned about PCT which if u understood correctly thats for after you finish the pro hormone to get your body back to a normal state. Overall my main question was can i take helladrol alone without stacking? and if so would it still be recoommended to do a post cycle therapy (pct)? thanks for any help and advice
 
I don't suggest them. Side effects suck and arent worth it. Keep training and you will grow. Like guys have told me and like anyone will say. Eat more and train more.
 
They aren't great gains and you could lose most of the or all of them. Not worth messing up your balls for something that you could get in 6 months with proper diet and training
 
Ya but i want some quick gains and from my friends opinion this will do the trick

Dude you weigh 155 lbs. You clearly do not know how to eat!! You just started lifting why do you want to hop on a PH? Eat and stay natural for a good while.
 
RW shut your mouth, listen to RL man, you need to eat more, and train harder, there is definitely more to gain if you have only been going hard for 8 months. Up your intensity and stay motivated. you and I both have alot to learn
 
yes i know but for 3 months now i eat 4 meals a day chicken fish meat. with a vegtable. always eggs in the morning and 3 protein shakes a day. i cant budge my weight. i actullay loose weight some weeks.
 
bro iv taken a lot of pro-hormones and i found the best way to take them is to not take them at all costs to much not very good gains you lose gains easily and you can fuck you liver up with them, you need to get on weight gainers and double your protein intake and eat like a horse especially before bed.

pro-hormones are a joke and not worth it

That's not enough, substitute your regular protein with a calorie dense weight gainer, then work out for a couple weeks, if you don't gain any weight double or triple up on the eggs. Start having peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for snacks. My point is, your not eating enough.
 
you need to start tracking your calories and slowly start increasing them over the long term - keep reading and research man you are no where near your natural limit and shouldn't even consider using PH/AAS till you are well over the age of 25

@ 155lbs you should see great gains the gains from ph are not that great and the sides are harsher than that of a basic test only cycle even if you are considering using them wait till you're a good 200lbs and better educated on the subject

Instead of researching PH, you should be reading and studying up on nutrition. At 155lbs, you have a LONG way to go to reach your natural potential. You need to track your calories and setup a diet with a proper macro ratio. People that say they can't gain weight are failing when it comes to eating. I am currently bulking and have to eat 4200cal a day in order to gain 1lb a week.
 
I use to be a hard gainer... But eat 6 times a day n make mass shakes, protein, oats, peanut butter, bananas, n whole milk. Twice a day n ull gain plenty of weight. Just stay away from sodas, I gain too much fat when bulking cuz of that
