alright here's my stats.

Height 5'10
Weight 140lb
Bench 145lb
Squat 223lb
Curl 50lb
Dead Lift 240lb

I am wanting to bulk up so I need a good diet plan for my ectomorph body and I also have a test cycle of sustabolin 250 to use if needed. My friend supplied it to me and i can get more than one bottle if i like the results i am getting. Just want some advice on gains that anyone else has had from it and if i will like what i see after the cycle.
 
Anyone have a diet plan to just gain a massive amount of calories to help me put some weight and muscle on my skin and bones?

Im trying to gain 15lbs by December 2010 and ultimately be at 175lb by June 2011
 
You will get there but it wont happen as fast as you want it to. you seem to be in a rush man, this is a deal where you are gonna have to study alot and take your time, somone will help you with diet, good luck

So with this diet what are my chances of the 15lb increase by december and being 175 by June?
