I know some of you get tired of eating your chicken and rice, or oatmeal and eggs. Next time your about half way thru one of your meals you don't feel like finishing, just scoop up another bite, put it in your mouth, chew like once or twice just to break it down a little bit more then take a sip of water, swish for a sec then swallow. I found this helps eliminate the dry and bland taste so you can just keep eating and eating without having to taste it. Anyone ever tried this? Just thought it was something interesting and helped me finish a big meal or just plain chicken and rice with no seasoning or sauce what so ever
