Hmm strange, once a week injects for me give me wicked e2 sides... 2x a week is working a lot better for me, this is with enanthate. I suppose it goes back to the old saying, everyone's mileage may vary!

100mg once a week without an AI gave me a LOT of E2 problems. 50mg every 3.5 days without an AI didn't cause any E2 problems. Based I that personal experience, I recommend guys try splitting their dose if they have E2 problems and are not on an AI. But I fully recognize that everyone responds differently. I think you have to "play around" a bit to find out what works best for you when getting dialed in. Another factor is whether or not you are using HCG.
Aren't most of your patients on Test. hCG and an AI? Many guys using other doctors often don't get prescribed all three of those. This may be the difference?????

Not all do AI's but most do HCG.

I think the HCG could be one of the difference makers for being able to pin once a week. I may be trying HCG soon! I think I finally have my doc talked into letting me add it to my protocol. I will probably try pinning once a week with HCG in the mix.

At IMT we have found splitting up your AI too much can cause you to drop your E too low, and concentrating it during times when your testosterone is rising can work much better.

So, do you mean that if a person was on a weekly injection they would take their AI shortly after injecting and by the time the AI wore off the Test peak would be tapering down also, so basically a once a week AI dose also?
After trying several dosing schedules, I have found that every 6 days makes me feel the best. (No AI currently)

that is correct, sometimes even .25mg a day after will do the trick.

5mg of liquid stane at bedtime every night. I can tell if my E2 is too high by acne or nuts not hanging low. No dose is perfect. Its about adjusting on the go. When u r dialed in on stane your libido will be a nuisance because of the constant wood

You should get a blood test to check your Estradiol and then work with you doctor to have an AI prescribed to you if it is elevated.

Test cyp 50mg Friday morn, and 50mg Sunday morn. 1/8 exemestane EOD, at 10pm.
After reading posts, my change will be 50mg Friday morn, and 50 mg Monday. 1/8 exemestane EOD, at 10pm.
When is the best time based this protocol to get blood work?

Hey folks, its been a little while. But I wanted to give an update, and of course welcome any suggestions.
I changed my T protocol after some suggestions, from Friday morning, and sunday morning to Friday, Monday. During the beginning of the week I tried to keep to EOD with my AI, but felt soo bad in the evening I had to take 1/8 every night to get through the day. I stopped and decided to deal with no AI since Wednesday.
I plan to take 1/4 exemestane this after noon, a few hours after taking my t dose. And then another 1/4 on Monday noon after that t dose.
Thoughts?

So, I just started this protocol on Friday.
Took 50mg test cyp on Friday morning. At noon took 1/4 exemestane. By 4pm I was on frickin the top of the world. After crossift ended by 6. Felt Like I was back to normal. By Saturday morn , I felt kinda blah, no morning wood.. Sunday, pretty much the same, woke up with weak morning wood. Sunday night now, feeling even keeled. But nothing out of the ordinary.
Well see how I feel in the am. I suspect I crashed my E2.

I am thinking about reducing my test dose. currently 100mg gets me at 922 total test, and 36 free test. Wondering if I can lower test just enough to not need AI.

Yes, friday morning and monday night... gives it approx 82hrs between injections which is my current protocol... I do sunday mornings and wednesday nights and so far so good, will be getting bloods in 2 weeks to check where I am. I'm taking .5mg Adex MWF so I will see where that puts my e2. Everyone is different in how to respond to e2/AI's.
If 100mg per week is getting you to those levels (which are good) where is it putting your e2 without an AI? If needed, a good starting point would be .25mg Adex day after injection. Take things one at a time.

Since Friday I have taken like 1/16 of my AI to get me through Friday night, and not taking any after, hoping each day would get better and better with high emo. Seems to be working. However today, Monday, I have felt a heavy chest, generally my indicator of high E2, feeling slightly emo. I just took my test dose.
What im wondering is, should I take my normal .25 mg of exemestane, less, tonight, tomorrow morning? When is the best time?

Get blood work and adjust AI dose as indicated by results. Are you familiar with Private MD - Buy Lab Tests Online
