Can anyone rattle off typical high E2 symptoms? I'm really confused, i'm not sure why I don't feel high E2, unless reducing my dose last week is already taking affect? I feel fairly even keeled, i'm just waiting for the high emo to kick in....

My last labs were on Jan 29. And soo much has changed since then. My next lab work is Thursday. I guess my biggest concern is, im expecting to get all EMO, and im not. So im wondering if my new current protocol is already starting to work? Seems strange that it would right?

Any way, I plan to kee this protocol if I can manage it, with no obvious side effects.

I am wondering though, what are your thoughts on introducing HCG over the counter?

Morning everyone!

So its been a while, been doing my best to dial in my protocol, and I think i'm very close finally. Here is my protocol.

50mg test cyp, Friday morning .25mg exemestane in the morning. 50mg test cyp Monday night, .25mg exemestane at night.

My only concern is in the mornings after taking exemestane I have no morning wood. E2 seems that 25 or maybe a bit higher, and I am very nervous, heavy chest and acne. But taking .25mg exemestane seems to drop my E2 a bit too much. Maybe time for liquid.

Hematocrit 54 (37.5-51.0)

Free Testosterone(Direct) 19.8 8.7-25.1

Testosterone, Total, LC/MS 652.3 348.0-1197.0

Dihydrotestosterone 18 L

Estradiol 25.4 (7.6-42.6)

Thoughts ???

And you meant anastrozole not exemestane?

Also, is there any concern for my low DHT? I have my first endo doc apt. On April 7th. So far I have been doing this with just my GP.

Your hematocrit above was very high. Almost at the point where you will no longer be allowed to donate blood.

And .25mg is not a dose that makes sense for exemestane. Did you mean 25mg?

cant remember dosage number maybe. I take a pill cut in 1/4.
