Newbie looking for some cutting advice

Hi guys, this is my first post so please be gentle :P

Iv spent hours browsing the forums looking for generic advice but was hoping i could get some that was a bit better tailored to suit me and my goals.

Im 27, 5"8, 194lbs and judging by the "estimate your bf %" pics around 15% bf. Iv done 3 cycles (well 2 and a half really) but admitedly i should have come on here and got myself alot more clued up on the gear i was taking and got my diet in check instead of taking advice from other novice users, before wasting my money. Im only about 8lb heavier than i was naturally!

I basically want to go back to basic's, sort my diet and nutrition out (i have emailed 3J about becoming a client) and get myself down to about 10% bf before trying to "bulk up" again.

Id like to know what would be the best stuff to help me cut down to about 10%?? Clen, Anavar, winny??:-/ and how to cycle it properly this time!

Obviously i realise diet is where i have let myself down (i just love shit food!) and i intend to work hard to get this in check first but its gonna take me a while to source my gear and i intend to have my diet on the right track by then. . . .*he says* :P

If you've contacted 3j, he will get you where you need to be. I detest clen and wouldn't recommend it to anyone, BUT regardless of my personal feelings, you aren't ready for it. No oral only cycles- you're a guy. If you want to get to 10%, you'll have to diet per 3j's advisement.
If it's important to you, you make it happen. If it's not, you make excuses. ;). Gonna have to stay away from the shit food you love :).

Thanks bud, the problem is im also not exactly blessed with good genes. . most of my family look like pototoes haha. . i look good in a vest but seem to store all my excess weight around the belly and love handle area and no matter what i do i seem to keep the same pear shape!?

I suppose im looking for the "miracle pill" thats gonna finally get my bottom 4 abs out!!

re

to me its all about how bad you want it. I want ripped six pack abs so bad i can taste it....and i'll do whatever it takes to get there (diet wise).

My advice:

follow what 3j tells you to a T. Work your ass off....never cheat unless 3j tells you to. Barring some sort of thyroid issue, nothing can stop you from acheiving the body you want. Be patient....that extra fat wasn't put on overnight....and realistically you don't want to lose it overnight. There are no shortcuts.

anavar...t3...clen...eca...tren...etc
These only work in conjunction with a sound diet and exercise routine....and often the effects are unnoticeable until your under 10% bf anyways. Diet will get you there 100%......Be disciplined and nothing can stop you!

good luck

I used to buy into the genetics stuff too....until i witnessed a close freind who i thought was just destined to be heavy forever, lose over 100 pounds with just diet and exercise. He was that short, fat, strong lineman type in high school. Was an excellent football player and worked his ass off in the weight room and on the field....guess what he was missing though?
Diet...he always ate like shit....so he looked like shit. Genetics do play a role, but you have more power to change what you want than you think.

Think about it this way....all of your family that look like "potatoes"....do they exercise regularly? do they diet correctly? If so, have they been doing it for years? My family is the same way....but i look nothing like them. They don't take care of themselves...Don't eat right, don't exercise. It might not be genetics, just their general lifestyle that causes the "potatoe look".

Ok, thanks for the advice guys (and momma). . il give it a shot with the diet and hopefully thats gonna be enough to get me where i want to be.

Would you bother with any of the 'over the counter' fat burners/thermogenics or
would i be wasting my time and money?

p.s slair. . have you considered writing motivational speeches for a living? That really inspired me to change my wicked ways :P

glad i inspired you, im just passionate about what diet can do for you. About 1 month ago i totally cleaned up my diet....counted calories, counted macros, followed general guidelines provided here by 3J. I've seen such great results already, and my diet can still be better. I really feel like at this rate i will be right where i want to be for summer. No steroids, no fat burners.

Its mind blowing how little effort people put into their diets....people are willing to take drugs that can permanently fuck them up, or at worse kill them if abused before they are willing to make changes to their diets.

I see so many kids at my college that have fucking great builds, could compete, but they eat like dogshit.....just imagine how much better they would be if they put in a little effort. I also see alot of really well built and huge guys with a fat gut.....God if they would just put in the effort to lose some weight and work on their diet they would look sooooo much more impressive.

getting ripped is 97% diet in my opinion. Total misconception that fatburners and steroids will get you where you want to be by themselves.
