I am planning to start, Anavar ASAP ... I hope you can help, I would like to start my first cycle in a few days.

I am 29 year old, 145lbs female. I have a 3 year old and have been working out off and on for about 2 years. I am ready and want to work our regularly 5 days a week,I wanted to start taking Anavar to help lean up and tone. I have been eating a low carb diet for the last 2 weeks and have already had a 3 lbs lose.

1. I have 10 mg capsules which can't be split, will that be okay for my first cycle ?

2. I was planning on a 10 week cycle. thoughts ?

3. Do females generally get a good toned lean look after 1 10 week cycle ?

thanks a lot for you help !
I am excited to start ASAP

Welcome to the board !

Honestly, I would really advise getting seriously dedicated and committed to a good workout routine and diet before ever considering a cycle.

You goal should easily be accomplished with that, working out on and off doesn't really cut it if you're serious about getting in shape ad toned.

I'm sure the girls will be around soon enough to give you their perspective.

I think you should wait to. Whynot see what you can accomplish on your own without the var. You said you just want to be nice and toned. Do you weight lift? Post your diet and workout routine and we can tweak for you a bit. I would hold off for a bit you might not need it at all...!

How tall are you?

Thanks for your help Barbie, your post are great and very helpful !
I am 5'7", roughly 145 lbs.

My diet is great; I eat a high lean protein low carb diet. I do not eat out or consume wasted sugars. I eat nothing after 7pm at night and sleep from approx 10pm - 5am

My fitness routine is as follows:
Monday - Friday 5am - treadmill 30 mins interval incline max speed 3.5mph max incline 8
Monday - Sculpt and Tone class 1 hour
Tuesday - K-Box Conditioning class 1 hour
Wednesday - Hot Yoga 1.5 hours
Thursday - Power Cardio & Circuit class 1 hour
Friday - Zumba class 1 hour
Saturday -
Sunday - Hot Yoga 1.5 hours

The classes are hard and are taught by a personal trainer and are designed for the athletic individual

Well I wouldn't suggest you even mess with AAS. You don't even lift weights. I think you should start with doing some more cardio, and if these classes are not getting you the look you want, you may need to cut the classes and hit the weights.

Good suggestions Barbie...you nailed it.

You are NOT ready for a cycle. However we can help you achieve your dream body without AAS if you wish.

Post a sample of what you eat in a day to start.

Also weights are great because they can actually "reshape" your body composition to a certain degree.
