Hey guys

I just joined so forgive me if this is in the wrong place or a doumb question.........
Im 39 years old and in the worst shape of my life. Ive struggled with weight since forver......Ive gotten in good shape twice and am ready to do again..........
Im 100lbs overweight right now and am disgusted! I went to a dr and got diet pills phentrine or some shit and they are working I lost 15lb in 8 days and will continue to tkae them for 3-4 months till my weight is gone(Ive done this b4) I know I will loose most of this!
Now the question I dont want to look like some fat guy who lost 100lbs ............I want to fill the loose skin with MUscle.....
I havent lifted in 8 years and dont know where to start.......
I need to know what to take and how to take it can you guys oint me in the right direction?
I will get a trainer (LI NY) if someone local chime in brother.

You really need to just watch your diet real close and train hard. Steroids at this point is a bad idea as your tendons and ligaments are not strong enough to support the fast strength gains. I think you should train all natural for a while and get your diet down.

You need to lose at least 60 of those 100lbs before you can do anything. That can be done in 6 months. You're nearly as old as me so there is no time to waste on this. I dropped 60lbs in 5 months so you can do this. You need to get active and start training 6 days per week, and you need to be on a carb load diet designed just for you by a specialist.

You haven't been to the gym for a long time so you need to hire a personal trainer and you need to learn how to isolate muscle groups. Circut training is ok for the first while but you will have to more agressive as things move forward.

You're going to feel a hell of a lot different once those 60lbs are gone. Once you get down to about 25% body fat and everthing checks out with the doctor as far has heath issues are concerned you can reconsider running a cycle.

I don't think size will be one of your goals at that point so 2 cycles of test would certainly put you in a more ideal position.

Being big and muscular doesn't work so well over 40. Replacing body fat weight with muscle weight will prove to be a big challenge in the coming years. There's a very big risk of failing and returning to your old self in no time flat.
