i am a complete newbie seekin as much info as possible about a 1st ever cycle, i am the classic skinny guy, always have been and i need to change this!
stats
height 5, 10"
weight 160lbs
age 39
training 3yrs
diet 2500-3000 cals daily

ive tried all the weight gain supplements, i eat very well, tried the legal testo boost etc. nothing works!
ive been readin up quite a bit over the last few months and feel i am ready, any advice is much appreciated

In my honest opinion, I suggest trying a diet with at least 4000 calories...and if you're still at a weight gaining slump, then devise a cycle plan and we can critique it. Try 4000 calories for a few months and see if you gain any
