Hey all,
Apparently I forgot to hit post reply last time.
Anyways, so this is experience through the first month.
I went to doc to check measurements and such and will be having blood drawn next week to check all my levels again but from a body composition point of view.
BF went from 26.7 to 23.7
Weight Pre: 247.6
Weight Post: 246.0
Lean Body Pre: 181.5
Lean Body Post: 187.4
BF Mass: 66.1
BF Mass Post: 58.6
So I gained 6 lbs of lean body mass, lost 8 lbs of BF Mass and my weight stayed the same. Water was almost the same.
This is in 3-4 weeks of being on TRT.
Physical: besides what was listed above, changes I've noticed are oily skin but not bad, allergies don't seem to be bothering me like they used to. Austin allergies are probably the worst in the nation and if my wife sort of gets allergies going, I'm disabled feeling like the flu hit. However, she's gone through some bouts but I seem unaffected. Left nipple was itchy for a day but I attribute that to the last shot that was almost double because I had a new vial and I didn't want to waste what was left over in the old vial. So instead of .5cc I took 1cc, so I elevated from 200mg/mL to 300mg/mL that week. Since then nipples not itchy anymore. The other aspect is I'm running like a machine. I'm up at 4:20, get to the gym workout, shower, go home and make breakfast, take care of dog, go to work, come home make dinner, talk to wife and I'm finding myself not a hint of tired.
Psychological: Less anxiety about things, I really could care less - the good kind. I find myself very focused and less grumpy. Also, I don't procrastinate anymore. If it's in my mind, I do it. Prior to testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) I'd say, I'll do it later. I think because I was just so tired all the time.
DIET: staying the same as before. Supplements pretty much the same
Sexual: This has effected me the most. Like last post, I'm constantly horny and every morning I wake up raging and then walk around with a "full" feeling all day. I feel bad for the guys that say that it hasn't helped their libido because frankly it's like i'm 16 again. Wife wanted to convey this to everyone, that fish oil supplements shouldn't be taken prior to any act requiring a mouth...just FYI.
Negatives: none really, adding glucosamine/chondroiton and cut anastrozole to 1 e7d instead of e3-4d. that seemed to help the stress on the joints.
so far so good
