Newbies not getting it

I usually let shit like this pass cause usually I dont run into complete idiot kids thinking that large weights and juice can get them wherever they wanna go but unfortunately that wasnt the case for 2 kids tonight at my gym.As soon as I walked in, I saw these 2 punkass kids maybe 19/20 doing the whole flexing in the mirror even though I have no idea what they were looking at. Anyways about 30 min into my workout I end up walking over to do my deadlifts and what do you know the punkass kids are trying to put way too much weight on. I hear these kids talking about the "Cycle" they just started consisting of what I like to call an "Arnold dose" of test. Anyways long story short one of the kids ended up trying to bring the weight up just using his back and it didnt even look healthy the way he was doing it and before I even tried to talk to them about proper form the kids knee bent forward and the whole place heard the snap.Seriously you dudes just starting out need to understand that you cant just jump on juice without proper training. It's like everyone says slow is smooth and smooth is fast. I've been working out/practicing proper diet and learning since I was 15 and didnt even think about jumping on a cycle until last year at 25 when I found out I had low T due to my dads side. So when I hear all these dumbass kids saying things like " I already have my mind made up" or " I know what I'm doing" Not only does it concearn me it actually makes me wanna snap. You can never train too long or do proper lifts or diet. Think before you cycle unless you wanna snap your leg at 20 or have low test levels that young as well or even worst... Having a heart attack or stroke at a young age because " You know what your doing"

i saw some kid that was about 150 load 7 plates on each side of the squat machine. i asked does he need any help and he said its okay im using dbol and deca. so i walked away and starting doing some pulldowns. i was watching him waiting to see if his 18 legs were as strong as he thought they were. as soon as he unlocked the weight he got buried under the machine. i let some other guys drag him out from under the machine since the hulk didnt need my help

Im always looking out for that runaway plate to come crashing down on my big toe since most of these kids are in the conan zone!!

"A new idea can not be drafted on a closed mind." If we don't stay humble and teachable, regardless of our expereince and age, we will stop learning and growing. Just an opinion, but it's mine.

Damn crazy. I too myself have seen people do crazy shit. I saw a guy put 3plates of 45 on each side to do chest on flat bench and was bouncing the bar from his chest! Like lettin it slAm so he can push it up:0

Through the years going to gyms so many guys just disappear. There is a direct relationship between these "big weights guys" and them never coming back. Too much juice too soon, too much weight too soon = FAIL.

I'm kind of a smart ass. I'll actually go up to them and put collars on for them when they are in between sets. Then I mutter "fucking idiots" just loud enough for them to hear as I walk away.

Getting up at 6:00 to go! Even though I don't have to be at work till 12...I want to bang it out!

Now the snap you heard was that from bad form? Or good form...but just lifting way out of their zone?
