I'm new to the board and wanted to say hello. I have been working out for about seven years - off and on. Due to kids, moving, new job, and a nasty beer habit, I'm returning from a six-month hiatus from the gym and the healthy life-style. Anyway, after dropping the beer habit I got my diet and training back in tune and I'm feeling much better! I'll be soaking up as much info as possible within the forum here, and there is a TON of it! Thanks!
