i've been on nights 5-6 for three years. i tried working out before work and it was fine for awhile but eventually had to do it afterwards. not getting to see my family 4 or 5 days a week sucks ass though. i still have trouble getting to sleep when the sun's already up too. part of me also wonders if working nights contributed to my low t as well since i get less sun and sleep than when i had a normal schedule.
