Nite work and my diet....

I've been working nites and it's totally throwing off my diet and eating times as well as training times. I just don't have an appetite and don't know when to eat breakfast , dinner or lunch. It's fuckin me up! Plus my sleep patterns are wacked out and not getting the normal rest. I work one wk days then the next wk nites , I just never know when I'm working. I'm on now too!
Anyone here have this issue with working schedules and balancing their life?
 
No but I feel for ya bro.. my body thrives on routine, same meals, same times, same bedtime, etc.. and when I get thrown off due to days off, vacation or what not, my whole body goes out a whack and I feel like crap.
 
Yea , if I just had a little more normalcy in my life it would be easier. Ahh , in a month or so I will be laid off and I live at the gym and the dinner table:laugh:
Besides...it's getting cold out on the highway at nite!!
 
It's hard to find a way to make your diet following your shudle.

i think you have to addapt it your self. as well a guy have same shudle of you, the reaction on diet could be different than your. i think realy.
 
Just make sure you eat first thing when you get up and do some extra cardio if youre still not hungry.
