the day after i do my bicep/tricep w/out my triceps are sore but not my biceps.

i do the same number of sets for both as i like to perform supersets to get a really good pump. ive tried to perform less sets but stick with heavier weight and ive tried doin 3-4 more sets than triceps but i still cant make my biceps sore.

does anyone know why this is???

Must just be certian people like I mentioned in another post my delts dont get sore after training them but every other body part does after training. this ones really for the experts. But as long as im still growing I guess it dont really matter.

Thanks that was really useful. Lol
soreness means shit in the grand scheme of things..we all like it, but it does not indicate growth per say.. as long as you're growing it doesn't/shouldn't matter that you don't get sore.

exactly, there are many of my body parts that dont get sore it's not an indicator of growth or a good workout

thanks guys its good to know im not the only one.

to be honest im not getting great results doin biceps/triceps w/outs so im gonna change my routine and do back/biceps and chest/triceps to see if that works.

How about you start don gheavier lifts? Stop doing "ARM" days... IMO, arm days are for only elite level bb-ers..Start focusing on your deadlift, squat and bench getting bigger and watch your arms magically grow...

do u do the same exercises each time? you gotta change it up or your body will get used to the movements and you won't gain.

try more concentration movements, slow focused moves, that will probably get it sore..

then again, like stated above, it doesnt indicate a good workout.

Do u think its good 2 change/modify routines every 12 weeks or so?
when things get stagnet (sp), or you hit platue after platue its time too change "something" up. be it 6 weeks, 8 weeks or 16 weeks of a program.
