well.. considering what they said... and how they have bitch rules like that.. i cant blame the guy.. he's in his zone, he pays his money... let him toss some weights, as long as he doesn't hurt anyone..

and the gym looked empty as shit to me

Hahaha, we actually had a gym here in my city with the same rules. Needless to say they had crap for members and got bought out super quick.
 
There is a fine line between grunting and sounding like an idiot. Some guys in my gym should be thrown out for all that loud nonsense. lol

but this incident was retarded. Who has an alarm in their gym for this? Shouldnt they have an alarm for fanny packs, bluetooths, and cell phones? That would make more sense to me.
 
the gym i go to is never full and has focused, determined, and well educated members...

gotta love the world gym by my house.. it's 3 blocks away from me.. i could walk there if i wanted to...

not the nicest of gyms.. no sauna, no pool.. but clean equipment... dumbells that go up to 140lbs (which i love to sport on my chest, back, and trap days.. lol) and as long as you re-rack your weights.. no ones gonna bitch at u... esp for grunting...

the gyms in this video can go fuck themselves...
 
WOW, I cant believe they can kick you out for being in the zone. Sometimes I need to grunt to get that last rep, and the alarm, fuck bros, That is strait bullshit man.
 
Four years ago I was asked to leave a planet fitness for dropping dumbbells. They were like two inches off the ground and i let them go. Fuck this place it sucks and is not even worth $10 a month. Theyre all over the place in FL. Mostly fat chicks any way who think watchin the treadmills will get it done!
 
It actually might be worth joining just to set off the alarms haha. Now that I think of it an alarm might be a great way to end a good workout. Kinda like a BBers "3, 2, 1, At the BUZzER!!!"

for $10 a month it might be worth paying just to get kicked out haha. I pay over 10 times that lol
 
These are the times that I miss Biggin. He said that he once threw a digital scale through a window at GNC and had to pay nearly $2000 for the plate glass window. I would have to imagine a lunk alarm would push a guy like that over the edge.

I agree, the policy is lame and so is that guy's temper tantrum on a 110 lb girl. He wouldn't pull shit like that on me, or if that was my girl...:smash:
