NO-Xplode

Whats up, My name is Chris, Im 18, and Im halfway finished with my last year of High School. I currently have a scholarship to Penn State for wrestling. And I am 16-0 so far this season. I am a pretty bulky guy. Im about 5,10 and I weigh 165 lbs. But I have about 28% body fat. I currently excercise daily. And Weight lift every other day. I use to Winstrol Tabs a year ago, I have since stopped, due to such increase of bulk, and acne.

I just started NO-Xplode/Mass Stack last week. And since I can tell a HUGE diffrence, but only in my endurance and performance. I found when during practice, without NO-Xplode, ill get tired half way through, but with it, I can last the whole practice and be ready for a 2 mile run.

What I am looking for is, a strength increase, and more of a pump. What can I do to experience this?

I want to look alot "buffer" and I want to be alot stronger, walking into Penn State Wrestling.
 
You biggest ally is going to be your nutrition at this stage. No-Xplode is great for energy, and if it works for you that great! Research some articles on proper nutrition - this will drop your bodyfat, increase your muscle mass and make you function on a higher level.
 
No explode is a great product yes it is pricey but it does do what is says it will. I love it right before a heavy or long cardio workout. Very good stuff to mix with creatine "not mix with it" but to use with like I always take the No before workout then creatine after to get deep in the muscles. Oh creatine must be mixed with simple sugar to get it into muscles......after workout body is looking for fuel and it will suck up glucose/creatine mix very well.
 
Straight l-arginine ($4 bottle @ WalMart) accomplishes essentially the same thing for a fraction of the price.
 
why were u doing Winstrol (winny) tabs at 18 btw....

at your age just eat everything in sight and i think you'll be fine dude. if your bf is high just make sure to eat clean. consult some of the diet threads for how to do this, and im sure you'll see a drop in bf and a strength increase.

what i have found is regardless of the type of supps that you take, if your diet is not up to par, your not going to make gains in the gym. period.

This doesn't make much sense bro!? I was a collegiate wrestler as well and I've NEVER EVER seen a starting wrestler (other then heavy weights) w/28% BF!! That can't be right.... especially at 165lb! ..but that being said, who cares if your "ripped".. if your undefeated, winning, and headed to Penn State, it doesn't matter. You should keep doing what your doing. 16-0 and making weight means your already doing it right.

Something isn't right here man...5'10", 165lbs, 28% body fat, and a good wrestler? 5'10" 165lbs and 28% body fat doesn't even add up!

You sure on those stats?
 
Im positive, do you need a picture.

Anyways when I did my hydration test, to find out my Body fat, it was at the start of the season. I had another test done about a week ago and have since dropped it to a 19%!!!! I have lost about 10 pounds, I weight 155.

oh and im now 24-1 !!!
 
Why are you taking Creatine if you are trying to loose weight? Creatine is going to make you hold water esp at 28%bf

helps you maintain your strength while losing weight. holding water doesnt affect fat loss.
 
Creatine EE is likely what hes taking and that keeps you somewhat dry... atleast I don't notice the 5lbs that the old creatine use to put on me. Even 19% bodyfat for a wrestler in that range seems unheard of. Our h.s wrestlers (my h.s is consistently one of the best in the country) use to be under 10%. But congratulations on being 24-1.

my BF % has gotten alot better. And thanks, I am now 27-1 after last nights quad meet!
