King Kamali works out there all the time, and he pretty fucking loud. Every rep he screams or hisses air out. No has problems.

King Kamali is a pro im sure he could shit all over the bench and no one would say anything lol..me im a nobody i dont attract people to the gym so if i were to leave it wouldnt matter im more of athreat to tem by being there..

ahh who cares ill just be less helpful no more spots no more advice (not that i know anything lol)..headphones will be on all the time now evenif im not listening to anything lol
:insane2:

I have had the same thing happen BB, but it was the owner of the gym (who is a complete tool), and he only had balls enough to make some half-ass comment to Madine about her spotting me!!

Luckily he has triangulated the county with three Gold's Gyms, which in turn has created kind of a place for all 'types' to go (BBers and rich soccer moms to one, all the PLers to another, and all the LA fitness ninnies to the newest one!!). When he built the newest club, which is wayyyy bigger, half of my gym left and went down there b/c that is where the 'cool' crowd hangs out. Which is great b/c now we can train like we want, without the distractions.... although watching Madine do SLDLs does hurt sometimes when I'm in my tight pants!!!

It sounds like world was 3 when i do rack pulls, fuck them, let them revoke my membership so i can join a new gym, i want my contract to end. I drop dumbells from time to time, only when doing shoulder presses though, and not from high. I also make noise and grunt, not yell, but grunt. Too fucking bad. The trainers don't look or talk to me, except the females. The last one told me to do ultra slow reps if i wanted to be a "powerlifter" so i try not to even talk to her anymore. I think the girls are just surprised to see someone actually lifting weights. The only good thing is some of the kids will ask me for advice from time to time because i actually have a modeate level of strenght, they tend to ask people who are strong not those that wear a shirt that says trainer.

Yes, but you have way too much muscle to be a trainer, even if you are a little chubby. :) I also don't think you are coordinated enough to teach the patented step up while curling a dumbell in one hand, and doing a shoulder press in the other move that the trainers make so popular.

Holy shit, I thought that was joke until you said that. I have this woman in my gym who does that with her clients. What the hell are people thinking? Madine's a trainer though and all she hears everyday is "How do I get rid of the fat in this spot??" It drives her nuts.... but it pays the bills!!! lol
