Week(s)
1-4 25 mg Dragon Dbol/Denkall Dbol (Have a little of both) Daily
1-10 300mg Swisher Test E (Mon & Thurs)
12-14 40 mg Nolva
14-16 20 mg Nolva
1-10 250 iu Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) (Mon & Thurs)
1-10 .25 mg ADex EOD

Valerian Root & Milk Thistle added to current supplements.

Looking to gain roughly 12-18 lbs of lean mass. Going in weighing 186 lb. BF 11-12%. 5'9". 24 yr old. Been training seriously for a little over a year. Went from 230 lbs a year ago to 165lb last July. Been slowly adding the mass over the last six months. Diet is on the money. Let's see what happens with the same dedication and a little "bonus".

Today went smooth. I was only slightly nervous about the glute injection...but it actually was painless (23G 1 1/2). I imagined I'd feel a little sting...but nothing. The Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) actually was more painful in the belly fat. Felt slight burning for about 15 minutes and then no more. Downed .25 mg ADex with a shot of green tea. Gonna try and spread out the Dbol throughout the day. Started w/ 5 mg @ 8 am, another 5mg @ noon, 10mg @ 4pm prior to 6:30 workout, and another 5mg @ 8 pm.

Overall felt the same as usual all day. It seemed like I was just a tad bit more sleepier today. Hit chest this evening and had my normal workout. All day the glute didnt give me any trouble with soreness or discoloration. Just now am I beginning to feel just a little bit sore.

Overall pleased with the first day. Could've been worse, don't know if it could've been better. I know I'm dog tired, and even if I hadnt taken a Valerian (which smell absolutely god awful), I think I could've stayed knocked out all night.

Another guy afraid to dedicate himself before jumping on gear.........

Did you know that;

Anabolics have poor effect, or transitory effect, on athletes in mediocre condition; in addition, their tendency to boost muscle strength ahead of the strength of supporting tendons and ligaments can lead to debilitating injury in athletes without substantial prior training. Therefore, the athlete should have accumulated a significant amount of mature muscle mass and tendon strength through a dedicated program of resistance training prior to beginning anabolic use. Recognizing that there is substantial individual variability in training efficiency and effects, a minimum of 3 years, perhaps as many as 7, of dedicated weight training is required to achieve this necessary physical foundation, on which anabolics can be used safely and to best effect.

StoneNTO: I understand. I've been an athelete for over 16 years...participating in required lifting programs for 8 years. I just never took the lifting seriously. I might have trained 3 times a week, but payed no attention to proper technique and training guidelines to follow. The diet was non-existent. And I just didnt care about getting leaner, stronger, and more informed on how my body responded.

A beginner as far as training still...yes. It may have been misleading since when I stated only one year. I count only that year because I feel I followed my regiment precisely. I'm jumping the gun more than likely here guys and I know I should've waited another 6 years. My curiousity may lead to get the best of me here. I'm keeping these logs to ensure I'm not completely going into this thing while maintaining a solid backbone of experienced support from the board when needed. Anyone feel free to put me in check if you see something out of line. (Of course other than the fact that I jumped the gun)

It sounds like you have more experience tha what your original post implied but I would still, from my own experience not recomend dbol and test stacked for your 1st cycle.

Dropping the Dbol today. This afternoon I had two movements with bloody stool. I was extremely worried...but tonight there was no blood. I'm gonna drop the Dbol because I realize how difficult it will be to pinpoint any sides. Is it the Dbol or Test? Now I will know. I went against my first opinion when I decided to stack the Dbol.

Today the glute was tighter. Definitley could feel it all day. While working out it actually was painful when sitting down to do some side crunches. Tomorrow I find out if the bloody stool still is a problem. Intensity was the same as usual...maybe just about 2.5% more endurance.

Exactly. (Slaps self in face)

Today was better. .25mg of ADex. Glute still very sore...but feels like its tailing off now. Appetite was alot better today. Yesterday just seemed like I was full all day and I forced myself to eat. Today came natural, feelings of hunger every few hours. Worked legs tonight. Felt great despite the glute soreness. Actually started runnning again. Haven't hit the treadmill since November. Luckily, it seemed as if I hadnt lost any cardiovascular conditioning. Just ran a quick mile to warm up.

Weekend went well. Glute finally gave in and stopped hurting so much late Saturday. I'd been holding off on popping any tylenol...but when I did it sure did help. Hit the quad last Thursday and it went well. Virtually painless and it hasnt been really sore at all.

Workouts have been the usual. Haven't felt that "over the top" feeling (as expected for a week or two more). Seems like I am generally warmer all day..not to the point of sweating...just warm. Sleeping well (the occasional nightmare of a disastrous side i.e gyno, acne) and eating great. No sides yet really besides the warmth and site sorness. Tipped the scales today at 190 lbs.

great input stonecold....something many people forget

yea man the glute usually stays sore for about 2 days to start with. The first day after is usually a @#$^$#... never tried the quad though.

This is interesting, and something I had never heard before. Is there scientific info to back this up? This seems to follow the trend of inexperienced people "losing" all of their gains.

Workouts have been going well. Week 3 in the books. Slightly feel a little more push in the workouts. Also noticing the sex drive starting to kick in a little more. Glutes still stay sore as hell for 6 days...then taper off. Quads stay sore for a couple days...and aren't nearly as intense (soreness) as the glutes. I wish I could hit quads only...but I want to keep the rotation going.

Weight is up to 195 lbs tonight. 10 lbs in three weeks. I'm satisfied so far. I didn't want to put on that much weight in the first week...so I'm glad it has come in three weeks. Bloat hasnt been an issue either. No other sides (acne, rage, gyno).

Week 7 in the books. Only complaint thus far is the soreness. It's hit and miss. Occasionally I'll make it through the week without getting any tightness in my glute or quad. This week is bad. It seems like my right side is the troublemaker. Sweat like a pig at night and at the gym.

In week 5, I felt bloated big time. It was to the point where I was definitely forcing food down just to be eating on schedule. I cut my complex carbs by roughly 25% and it sure seemed to help.

My weight now is 203 lbs. It really seems like the weight I'm adding now is LBM. The abs are peeking through more and more and I'm beginning to get separation in my shoulders and chest. Maybe it's because I dont feel as bloated the past couple of weeks. Strength gains are great as well. I'm excited about the gains across the board. My main weak point was chest, and I've seen a gain of 55 lb so far in bench, so any gains in the next three weeks are going to be pure added bonus.
