Once u notice a knot under your nipple and you have the 10mg nolvadex and the liq kind which is 20mgper ml what would u guys run it at through your cycle??Thanks my dad is starting to notice a small sore knot and is freaking out .

I'd run it at 40-60 mg/day for a few days, until any symptoms (if any) go away. Then I'd continue on with 20 mg/day for the duration of his cycle.
