This should be a sticky so the information doesn't have to be researched again and can be easily accessible.

I agree this would make a good sticky. We could talk to Stonecold and see what he thinks about it.

Only thing is though if we start getting to many stickys we'll have to scroll down half a page or more to get to new posts.

Perhaps another sub-section with this type of info/stickys would be a good idea?

i think what this clearly states though, and that we both agree on, is how important it is to find your own 'sweet spot' in this game and not just rely SOLELY on others opinions.

a stciky is always nice, but we have a ton of stickies that no one reads. I think what needs to be taken out of this, and regarding and questionable debate (as no one can answer what will happen to EVERYONE) is what I posted above.

Actually i know a few people who have read throught the stickies myself included. Granted we tend to attract alot of low-brow people who don't use search, read faq, or bother reading stickies but, they should be there for the types of members we want to keep.

Agreed. Also, if the sticky is there, we can at least point some of the newbs to that sticky instead of typing the same thing over and over again or cutting and pasting it over and over if you have it saved.

I agree that would be a major revamp though. Not sure the admins mods have time for that. With as big as ology is getting lately my two cents is we need more mods. You can see the dissarray on the boards just with one mod(dadawg) missing.

i have absolutely no experience so i won't post on that but i definitely agree with rj in the do your research, know your body, and then trial and error it to see how it works for YOU.

h that was some killer stuff to dispel the myths and the abstract discussing the long term vs short term effects was very interesting.

as for the stickies, moving them to a new forum would be the way to go. from a workload standpoint that is not difficult or time-consuming at all, although compiling would naturally take some time. new people should ONLY have access to that forum for the first 24 hours or something lol.

We did have two mods under dadawg for awhile. Dtone and scarz ... scarz didn't work out. Dtone must have stepped down not to long ago...?
