Nolvadex question

Hi All,
Running test-e @ 500 mg for 10 weeks. About half way through cycle. Recently starting getting puffy/sensitive nips. Starting popping Nolvadex 40mg and plan to take 20mg once symptoms subside. After my last pin do I continue with the nolva or do I need to wait 2 weeks and start with 40 again?

1) If you have an aromatase inhibitor on hand (such as Aromasin or Arimidex), start that in lieu of the Nolvadex. If you do not, then make sure that you have one before you begin your next cycle.

2) I would just continue with the Nolvadex after your last pin. I see no reason to "cycle" it.

I have an OTC Aromatase inhibitor (AI) 'Arimedex HD' by BPI. It claims to shut down Estrogen.
Would you recommend adding this in place of the Nolva or would it be a waste of time?

i wouldnt personally. i would just stick with what you have already planned.

For starters, I would never use Nolva over an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and honestly, I personally never use Nolva but some do. One thing I will not waver on is using Nolva over an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). Estrogen is causing your gyno and SERM just block receptors whereas an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) will destroy estrogen. I would go ahead and use the Aromasin at 12.5mg ED and if all you got for post cycle therapy (pct) is Nolva, save it for exactly that.
