Nolvadex - Stop Taking Arimidex?

Im in the 6th week of my Cyp/Eq/Var cycle.
Ive been taking .25 mg of Arimidex ed so far, but my left nipple has been sore and both nips look swollen all the way around the nipple area (Aereola?)
There are no lumps, just soft tissue that I can press in, kinda looks fatty.

My question is, should i jump on the Nolv? What dosage? And do I discontinue the Arimidex? Bump up the dose?

Also, if I stay on the Arim, do continue using it in the period between my last shot and when I start post cycle therapy (pct)? What about during PCT?

continue with a-dex but bump up the dose to 0,5mg and you could start taking
10-20mg Nolva also it wouldnt hurt but dont use a-dex in pct.

Next cycle use letrozol


Letrozol is femera, which is an anti-estrogen.

Femara is 10-30x more effective than Arimidex in it's ability to pass thru the cell membrane of lipid (fat) cells and inhibit the activity of aromatase -- in other words, Femara is far superior in lowering estrogen levels in fat cells. This has two benefits for BBs; (1) Estrogen 'attracts' water, so less water retention (2) an average male BB is around 10%BF, that's a lot of lipid cells with aromatase inside them, so a substantial percentage of aromatase is left untouched by Arimidex due to it's poor ability to enter lipid cells Arimidex is approximately 80% effective at inhibiting aromatase, Femara is around 95-97%

I've started taking 40mg of nolv and bumped up my arim to .50mg ed.
Just to be clear, once the gyno subsides, I should continue the nolv at 20mg ed AND continue to take the arim throughout the rest of my cycle?

Ok, here's a twist...
I picked up my replenishment of Nolvadex today and they are made by Gen-Pharma labs and are 50mg capsules. Has anyone ever heard of this?

So now Im confused as to what to do. Its not like I can break them in half. Do I stay at 50mg ed for the rest of the cycle? Do I switch to 50mg eod once the symptoms subside?

As far as continuing my Arimidex, I'm still confused. If it didnt work for me in blocking the conversion to estrogen, why am I continuing to use it?

Am I going to hinder my possible gains by taking both the Arim and the Nolv? I know better safe than sorry, but is it overkill?

Once symptoms subside, continye taking the Nolvadex @50mg EOD, it has a long half life so don't worry about the EOD dosing.

As for Arimidex, take it at .5mg ED.......25mg was probably not enough, it's not like it wasn't working, you are just sensitive to estrogen sides.
