Noob wanting to know all the basics.

Hey guys.

I'm 5'9 145 pounds

I'm in a basic athletic shape. I've been going to the gym for about a year now off and on. (more off then on lol) and i've been getting some strength since I started. I always try to keep perfect posture and keep good technique when I workout.

I'm posting today and basically asking for any recommendations for steroids. My overall goal is to become generally bigger. I know im probably going to get beaked for not researching it myself which I have for not too long. I feel its better to get advice from the pros lol. So anything you recommend, any cycle, ANYTHING would be greatly appreciated.

I second that. You have NOWHERE NEAR the experince in weight training to be even considering using AAS. Check out the diet forum, get some pointers there. Get your training intensity up, and I guarantee you'll put on great gains drug free. Once you've reached your genetic potential, that's when you consider AAS.
 
If you cant keep training solid without it what makes you think you will on it... you'll be wasting your own time and money and gains will quickly disappear. Eat right and train hard for at least a year and you'll be surprised how quickly the gains come aas free... im not saying this because everyone else does, im saying this because its the truth.
 
I started around your stats but now im around 215 at 5'9" pretty lean. The thing ive learnt most over the past 10 years or so is that diet is by far the biggest control factor in my growth. Even if im on cycle and training hards my growth is mostly governed by my diet. eat big, train big and get big.
and the cool thing about steroids is that the longer you wait to use them and the further you get your body naturally the further it will get you. For me its like a ecret weapon dont use it to go from 145lbs to 165lbs where u could easily do that naturally with proteins and creatines. use it when you wanna get from 200 to 230lbs cause thats when youre really need it.
 
thanks guys. I know this sounds like a basic teen statement. I dont want to wait around a year for great gains. Thats why I was considering Anavar which seemed like the least "intense" steroid. Il check out the diet forum and get some tips.
 
really just read alot of the stickies. that will file you in on most of what you need to know,
if i tell you one thing the next person may tell you some thing diffrent but it is meant to be the same but with a diffrent understanding. i took almost a year to do reaserch and i have learnd a ton but i'm still no pro. nor will i ever claim to be.

are you crazy? you DO NOT need steroids. what dont you understand about these guys feedback? if someone actually thought you were ready,at least one person would have gave you some advice

you are gonna F your body up bro. you dont know anything about this shit. you are not even close to being done growing naturally. your endocrine system is not done its job yet.

A year in the gym is nothing and you admit yourself more off than on. Steroids are not the answer for you, a couple sandwiches are. The problem is everyone wants to be big, but its a lifestyle and it doesnt come easy at all steroids or not.

Yup, A big mac is 550 cals i read before I ate!! But i also follow a good training shed! And my ass was so sore from a prev i said i was raped in.... I'm thinking prep H or maybe a gun??
 
So here is the most important thing you should know. Your natural testosterone levels are way high already. You don't need steroids. You need to learn how to eat to grow. You shouldn't use steroids till your 24-26 years old.
 
Okay I get now that i'm sopose to eat alot more, I checked out the diet page and found a basic idea on what I should be eating. The problem is if I do eat alot how will I keep the stomach flat. I know cardio will do the trick. but wouldnt that negate the point of eating alot?

You won't have that problem your natural test is threw the roof. Shoot me a pm and I will give a a list of things that will help and won't hurt your natural hormone levels. nothing is going to put weight on you unless your training 5 days a week and eating every 2.5 hrs a day.
