yes donating blood should decrease blood cell mass, and will def help. we have to understand that AAS do hamper the cardiovascular system. will it effect some more than others? yes, do I think that no matter what you do years and years of steroid use (not even abuse) can effect the longevity of the cardiovascular system? yes.

That is our choice to make though, or at least it should be, they let kids walk in and buy cigarettes and they do the same thing and worse. Or fast food, it jacks your cholesterol up, and we give that to our kids.

I just dont want people to think that by doing all this perfectly makes AAS perfectly safe, cause it does not. we are super charging our engines, we can take precautions, but running a motor that hard over time is some tough wear and tear.

Hey I just noticed I wrote I'm on wk 11, what I meant is injection 11, I did the 12th yesterday so I'm on wk 6 actually, don't know if the EQ is kicked in yet since its my first time with it, but I have gained A LOT of strength specially in my leg workouts & get crazy pumps when I'm wrking out I almost look like a pro bodybuilder lol

up the aromasin, you can get saliva tests cheap, they will give a good rough idea of where your E is

I recommend leeches, get a styrofoam cup full for $2 down at the bait shop and they'll keep in the fridge if you change the water once in awhile for about a month...
