Excellent all around advice here!
Bro we all know how seductive the roids are. Just trust that no one is trying to do anything but steer you in the right direction. You will at one point be giving some kid the same advice in a few years.
that's the thing though, ive never wanted to use roids or anything. obviously i have a very hard work ethic to walk into the gym on day one and see all the junior and senior girls doing the bar for 20 reps easy on bench, and i couldnt even do one rep.
the thing is, i feel like i put in so much work with minimal results. if my test is 477 as a 21 year old, it's only downhill from here. my 55 yr old dad is 373 which is not too far from me.. i cant imagine how high his was at 21 ha.
im not a 290 bencher or 445 deadlfiter...i was. it's not that istopped lifting, it's just i can't hold onto my strength. it's very discouraging to know i used to be able to ass to the floor squat 275 which sucked anyway..and now i barely do 205.
and to top it off...i doubt this tbol will increase my test at all.
we all share a common bond here...we want to be beasts. you guys with normal test levels want your test to skyrocket, i'm sure you could understand where im coming from.
but yeah i would lie to avoid hormonal shit if possible..so for now ill just try to tweak the diet, and hope the tbol helps(anyone think itll make nay difference)
btw i have a friend who is taking dbol(hes 21 and it's his first cycle) and hes not using a pct....ill be saying an i told yah so there.
to give you guys an idea of how my strength fluctuates. around a year ago i attempted to press 120 pound dumbbells on flat bench and i got a rep....a week later i barely pressed 210x3...and it's not like i had taken off barbell work and switched to dbs. I actually was doing bb,but wanted to mess around and try 120
working m way up form that was hell
