Actually, no it has nothing to do with socialism. In fact the point of the regulation is to try and ensure true freedom of the web without big business being allowed to block your access to bandwidth heavy sites. Whether you agree with it or not is a different story, but tossing out the overused, hack term socialism shows a true lack of comprehension of the issue.
You may want to actually read about it and learn something so you can stop talking out of your ass.

Behavioral scientists have a keen interest in the increasing trend of so-called "webrage": the tendency for Internet commenters to spew naught but filth and bile with little to no provocation (for some handy examples, just scroll all the way down to the comments section!) But aside from vitriol-laden feedback sections wrought with verbal filth and textual disease, the scientists are also pointing to the rise of new websites, like mybiggestcomplaint.com and justrage.com, which are dedicated exclusively to the world's saddest expression of rage: Angry typing. These sites don't even pretend to have content, they're exclusively devoted to venting nerd fury for no valid reason. Although that does finally answer the age old Zen Riddle: If there were no Internet to flame on, would flamers still flame?

If you look back you will see I did not revert to any name calling, as those in the study you posted did. You posted an opinion and I posted my opinion, which was you really don't know what you are talking about. The only name calling I see here is being done by you.
Perhaps the study is so near and dear to you because YOU were one of the subjects.
I also find it interesting you took this totally off topic once it was obvious you could offer nothing of substance to this thread

It's like being in a shitty marriage...yeah it sucks and all and it could be a lot better but at least it's not as bad as my previews marring that just raped me everyday by shoving stuff up my ass all day.
