Oil based Winstrol DT's recipe: who pulled it off?

Want to go oil on some Winstrol (winny). Need all the input and experience I can get.

Tried could not get it to stick. OR BETTER TO SAY IT ALWAYS WANTED TO STICK !!!!! Have had no problems with water base. Mix with peg to pass thru filters and after that its easy.

I use 400 but 300 works the same. Never used 600 but assume would work as well.

Using the PEG/poly recipe can this be mixed with oils in same syringe?
