Ok HELP.

Started my cycle of 500 mg/week Test enanth last sunday with 250 mg.
couldnt poke the second shot until today.!
My plan was to run at 500 mg/week enanth for 10 weeks with nolva 10 mg ED. and then add proviron in a week or so.
But how should i Continue? Shall I do my third poke on tuesday? and then continue to poke on tuesdays/saturdays throughout the cycle ?

Didn't you just do a fair run of Winstrol (winny)? Now jumping right into another cycle..........I usually don't comment on this stuff.........but your the guys we talk about giving us a bad name. (due to your lack of training history and size)

And to answer your question..........doing your shots like that will work fine. With 2x a week that little mess up won't do anything noticeable to your cycle. ALso, since you will have been a a while I would be running a low dose of hcg.....like 500iu every 4 days or something until you start your pct.
