Great book on stretching ... a solid chiropractor (who doesn't just crack and treat the symptoms but actually looks at the problem and long-term solutions) can be life saving.
good chrio and a good deep tissue registered massage therapist both sound like they would do you a world of good. takes a few weeks of treatment, but man it works.
i go for massages once a week. They are worth it. Try the massage JJ, when i had lower back pain i went for a deep tissue massage and that did the trick. I did take about 3 days off from the gym and did less strenuous lifts for a few weeks.
