Trying to get to this look, just alot leaner. I was 240 in this pic.


After cruising on ai mono for a whie now (i feel great)

I will be switching up

Test e 300mg ew 12weeks
Tren e 400mg ew 12weeks
M1t 40mg ed. 5weeks

Arimidex .5mg eod (gyno prone)
B6 ed

Pct nolva/clomid

Then switch back to ai mono once hpta is back up

Currently
6'4 225lbs 10%

Goal
6'4 225lbs and anything lower than 10%


Cycle starts mid oct

That's a pretty hefty dose of M1T. You run it before? I found that going over 20mg brought some gnarly gastrointestinal issues.

I ran geneza m1t at 40mg no problem. This will be psl m1t. Besides im going light on the tren :)

What've you got planned for training and diet?

I will,not be counting macros. And i dont do protein supss...ever.

Jusy sticking to eggs, chicken, steak, ground beef, salmon and tuna.
Some nuts here and there (slightly homo)
All sorts of Veggies and some fruit

Very minimal grains or extra carbs. Just depends how my body feels.

Only cheat meal i will ever eat is icecream.

Training is legs/push/pull. Hypertrophy sets.

I could log this if people are interested

Lucky. Are you able to tolerate other orals similarly then? I can take an ass-ton of var/tbol/proviron/dbol (to an extent) without many problems, but m1t/SD/adrol beat me up when I go much higher.

You should log it! SP has an awesome log that shows people just how much dedication and hard work it takes to develop a competition ready physique. :)

I think i was gtg at 4 drol caps a day if i remember correctly.


So now i gotta get cut and tan as fuck to i can look like SP :)

Haha, yeah - he has set the bar pretty high for conditioning, that's for sure. 200mg of adrol?? Daaaaaayummm.

Love the icecream, training style and logging idea

Only thing I can see a potential issue with is not tracking macros...your body won't be a great help once you get into the mid to lower single digit BF range (depending on how far you want to push it) and typically you'll need to at least follow a plan (with pre-calculated macros) if not track the macros manually

That being said you can easily get below 10% by feel if you know what you're doing (and I think you do)

i agree.. you should be tracking macros for sure!! why guess???
 
Its because i know everything i eat. And have the ability to know my body and add or subtract a macro if needed.


I guess i sort of am counting, just in my head..

Ok first pin today in right delt.

.5ml test e 150mg
1ml tren e 200mg
40mg m1t
.5mg arimiex

Training shoulders today if i can eventuallu escape from work.

Morning weight 225lbs. I will post my weight weekly.
 
So no adverse effects from m1t i.e. stomach pains etc. I read someone say in another thread they got blood clots from m1t?? Im taking cialis ed so that should help with potential clotting i hope.

No tren cough and No pip either

Day 2 of m1t. Had 2 cups oatmeal 2 tbs peanutbutter pre workout. Huge pumps already. Could be placebo. But im on fire right now.
