Okay, Here It Is.

Yeah and if you took that shitload of them who are only working out for that one goal, SPRING BREAK, then there are very few at all.
I no longer consider myself a bb, Ifeel I'm too old for that shit. I do look to look good and do wish in my younger days of extreme natural strength and stamina, I would've been juicing and knowing what was up. But I tried it in my early 20's didn't know what I was doing and abandoned it for 10 more years. JUst as well becuase I didn't know shit about it and had no business fucking with it... but there was not net then, Just the big guy you lstened to and those lying as muscle rags.
But every since I was a little kid and seen a muscle mag I decided I was gonna do everything I could do become a 300lb monster.
225 RIPPPED will do me just fine. I got to a lean 240 a few years ago.
And now I'm 240 that needs chopped down into more quality. So good -bye 300lbss and ripped! It was a nice goal and I got to 275 and without too much fat.
But I don't wanna have to take the drugs to support that size.
225 can be easily maintained with low to moderate doses and I can still keep my health. I've managed to keep 240 for about 5 months(totally off).
But then I haven't tried to lean out and dieting down to really lean out is where the strategy is(talking liveable lean-not bb lean for a day or week).
The "I don't care about health" days are gone. Now I'll split it down the middle. Cause when it comes time to pay for too much abuse of any form, nobody is ever ready to to pay.

john defendis who was one of the top guys in the 80's, briefly made it to the pros trains at my gym (well his gym hes in charge of all the personal training at most of the world gyms in palm beach county fl) he trains like that, used to habe his entire workout posted at a gym in delry back when he competed, if i remember; 50 sets for legs, chest and back, 30-40 sets for tris, bis and delts, calfs 6 days a week. he still is hard core, shoulder presses with 120 lb dumbells, set after set.
