Ok, first of all im new to the site & a little about myself. Im 42 now & back in the early 90's owned a gym & was 228lbs. @ 5'10. Now i have not worked out in yrs. ( many yrs). Since i have been out of the loop so long i was hoping to get some info for me on a cycle ( what to take, how many wks. & so on ) Im 200 lbs. now & ready to get back in shape, so any advice would help. Thanks

I would get back in shape before starting a cycle.

Get yourself back into training and diet for 6 month them plan a cycle.

I have been back in the gym & eating good for the past 4 mo. Also not planning to start until another mo. but trying to get all my ducks in a roll first.

Get tweaking on your diet and get your work out tuned in and start reading. A lot has change. We know how to make you bigger faster stronger and how to keep you safe a healthy. We also know how to keep gains.

I know there is so much that has changed. I dont plan on lifting heavy, heavy like i use to. Looking back on my part i was dum & have alot of injuries from that. What type of blood test do i need & what do i need to look for? At the same time i want to play it safe & not abuse nothing, Back in the days i would take alot less then everyone else & still get better gains. Just need some new & improved metheds & advice to help me out. Thanks

Blood work - get a full panel CBC to see where your lipid profiles are at. Get tested for testosterone levels, both free and total; estrogen levels; PSA levels (prostate); and hGH levels.

The results will let you know what's going on with all vital systems and you can make your decisions from there and what to run or if there are some you'd want to avoid (in the future). You may find you already have low testosterone levels, or you may find your PSA is high which might be an indicator you need to completely hold off on any cycle until you get your prostate further checked. If you have the beginnings of prostate cancer the last thing you want to do is run any AAS -- especially testosterone.

If you do get the "all clear" everyone worth listening to is going to give you similar advice on what to run -- just go with test cyp or test enth, have ancillaries on had to control estrogen levels, and plan for a proper PCT.

Train; long before worrying about cycling. It takes me 6 weeks or so to get back into a full routine, while being able to walk the next day, and not have my back go out on me, etc
