Ok, first of all im new to the site & a little about myself. Im 42 now & back in the early 90's owned a gym & was 228lbs. @ 5'10. Now i have not worked out in yrs. ( many yrs). Since i have been out of the loop so long i was hoping to get some info for me on a cycle ( what to take, how many wks. & so on ) Im 200 lbs. now & ready to get back in shape, so any advice would help.
